Let's not go the revisionist route but here's one:

I thought this year expectations should be low? This coming from LeBron himself. I know it's frustrating given the talent level the team has but it's true.

But yeah, not making the PO would be a huge disappointment.

In the next 7 games we get Mavs, Pistons, Cavs, and Bulls (3 of those 4 at home). If we can somehow manage to float around .500 without Lebron I'll be more than happy.

I interpreted that comment to mean that we will get additional stars at the deadline or offseason to help me out over let's wait for the development of the young guys. Those comments came after the Leonard and George whiffs.

10 to 15 game improvements from where we were are nearly unheard of.... yet we may still have a chance to do that.

I really thought this cast was better than what Bron had in CLE but it's not looking like that at all.
