I dunno what in God's name makes Luke Rockhold think he has anything for Jon Jones, but I'd love to see him get smashed. Seeing him get KO'd and thatt sourpus face and attitude after is always a treat.

It's not surprising that he wants to fight Jones. JJ is public enemy #1 around AKA. DC is captain of AKA for a reason, those guys LOVE him and they don't feel DC got a fair shake against him. Khabib, Rockhold etc. talk sh*t about Jones regularly. Hell, the AKA coaches are on record as saying they don't want to see DC fight him again, despite the huge paycheck, because of his history of steroid abuse. Only one I haven't really heard talk too much about Jones is Cain.

Once you've been KO'd by Bisping in a championship fight you're immune to new embarrassment.

Yeah for sure.

IMO He would get starched by JJ, it's obviously just for the cheese.

Supposedly Jones vs Anthony Smith is happening if Nevada will license Jones.

This is why I argued that Jones needs the DC fight more than DC needs the Jones fight. Anthony Smith got KOed by Thiago Santos in 2018 (hell I'd rather see Santos get the shot lol). This is less competitive than DC/Oezdemir.

There is literally no one but DC for Jones to fight.
That said, a third victory over DC isn’t really that exciting either.

Jones is going to feel immense pressure to move up to HW.
I think his timing there will be very strategic though like GSP.
He’ll wait for the right time and go up for a one and done most likely.
You pretty much have to be a two division champion now to be the P4P goat

Jones vs Smith is such a one sided, boring matchup noone is interested in, i really think the only motive behind it is to give Jones such an easy fight to make sure he really feels no need to roid up again, esp now with the VADA testing. Then the UFC and Dana can wave that finally 1 clean test in everyone´s faces for the next X years.

They're already stacking that card in case he doesn't get licensed or pops for roids again.

Jones vs. Smith
Woodley vs. Usman
Lawler vs. Askren
Stephens vs. Zabit
Garbrandt vs. Munhoz

Then next fight they'll have explain away how it magically pulsed again, returning from deep inside his fat cells.

So true.
Even if that card is cancelled it’s still a fantastic card. I want to see all of those fights

That's a great card to us hardcore fans, but that **** will flop if Jones falls off that card. If they were stacking it in case Jones flunks out, they'd have another PPV star on there.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but with this pulsing issue, if it appears on his next test it has to be at the same number or lower correct? It can’t be higher though right?

There's no guarantee that Jones gets licensed by NSAC. So they are necessarily building the card with the possibility that he doesn't fight on it.

Also, not really sure what other ppv star is even available.

It can be higher. His most recent test failure was a higher level than his failed test from last year.

Edit: I should have said LIKELY a higher level. The test from last year only gave a range. The test from this year fell into the upper echelon of the range from last year.

Bisping brought up a similar point. Jones essentially can keep failing, but because they say that it is long term metabolites, ie not recent ones, that it was from his original failure.

He also said though that Jones is the only person who is having this issue and found it a bit suspect.

I'm not an expert in this area so maybe it is possible that it stays in your system for the 7 years like Novitzki has said.
