Russ knows it's not smart to shoot many 3's, that's why he only attempted 2 against the Portland. But on most nights he doesn't care... :banghead:

Well, the game against Portland was "personal" to Russ. So he actually played smartly on offense. The mid-range shots he took, for the most part, were in rhythm and he got to the spots that were good pull-ups for him.

I wish he'd treat every game like it was "personal."

Also I don't get why we are not going with Adams more. He could easily score 30+ against their bigs.

I like grant taking the ball to the basket and not always taking the three.

NaturalThunder wrote:Russ is on some kind of trend right now...

Starting with the Jazz game on December 22, this is his FGM and FGA over the last 9 games:

3/17
10/19
6/20
17/29
4/22
13/24
3/20
13/28
3/11

That 3/11 is the 1st half of tonight's game. Basically, over the last 9 games, he's having one REALLY bad game followed up by a good to great game.

I think a good nickname for Russ right now is "Feast or Famine".

Now why would he be worried about a thing like that?

Gonna really suck to follow up that Portland loss with a home loss to the 15-24 John Wall-less Wizards who are 4-10 in their last 14 games.

This would hands down be the worst loss of the season.

Fan-freaking-tastic.

The Wizards have lost 8 straight road games, they're 4-10 in their last 14 games, and they come into OKC and hang 90 on us in 3 quarters and take an 11 point lead into the 4th.

Schroder with another failed lob attempt. Shocking.

Seriously going to lose to the Wizards at home.

This is a bottom 10 team without their perennial All-Star and they're putting it on us in the Peake.

What the actual he**?

Ya if we could get Otto Porter for schroder and whatever else, that would be ideal.
