Packers hired the OC from 27th ranked offense. If you have history of developing qbs, you get a job.

My first impression is that Kingsbury would make a great QB coach/OC. But, his defenses at Texas Tech we're awful. He needs to hire a great DC (like McVay with Wade Phillips). But, If I was a Cards fan, I'd be legit concerned about his losing record with a guy like Mahomes. 4/6 seasons under .500.
2013: 8-5 record, 88th best defense
2014: 4-8 record, 126th best defense
2015: 7-6 record, 125th best defense
2016: 5-7 record, 128th best defense
2017: 6-7 record, 98th best defense
2018: 5-7 record, 87th best defense
