I've always assumed KP would want the Spurs. It was just such a great fit. If he takes the QO he's going there for sure. I can't see it happening though.

He has allowed the loop to close on the QA option. Or in any event, by not pushing for an earlier return he has limited what he can take for the QA because he doesn't meet the "starter" requirements.

Yup, it's likely he's coming back one way or another. That's a lot of dough to leave on the table, especially since it's his first big deal.

I’ve worked 4 Suns games in a row. I can’t even begin to explain to you guys how awful Ayton is defensively.

You’re always this quick to judge on youngsters??

Not just based on how many years or what the stats are. Based on watching a guy play. Ingram is fairly slow and doesn't shoot it great. His ceiling is not that high. Hart looks okay, as does Ingram, but nothing special.

Special will jump out at you pretty fast. Things a guy is lacking and what he may not be able to improve on will also will jump out.

Ball is never going to be a fluid player. Ingram is never going to be a dominant shooter/scorer or improve his quickness a ton.

If something is off with a guy in his stats or he's young, but he has all the things in the right places, then he could reach a high ceiling. I think Knox is like this. Ingram is not.

Plus 100. LA has overrated assets. They just can't afford to let people know.

Yep no one at ESPN (outside of maybe Max Kellerman) wants to admit those two are really arent that good. Ingram has Rudy Gay potential IMO- which is certainly not bad ...but not particularly exceptional. And Fox is obviously better than Ball.

They’re not as good as the LAL hype machine makes them out to be, but it’s way too early to close the book on them.

I don't know man I don't see anything there. If not for LeBron, Magic would be wishing he was in Orlando.
Like Ben Simmons, Lonzo doesn't provide anything of great value that isn't taken away by what he sucks at. Those guys are hot air, all hype imo.

May sound crazy, but look at it that way: Which other starting point guards in the league would you NOT prefer over Lonzo or Ben Simmons?

I dont put those 2 in the same category.
Ben Simmnon's only major flaw IMo is his poor shooting. Other than that he's a stud with size , athleticism and is a play making Wiz. Ball can't shoot and is SLOW as F@CK

We know it won’t happen but how about if the league levied draft sanctions against the Cavs for that hokey Mccaw deal?

If there is a single game that completely erases any slight chance Ayton could edge Doncic for ROY it would have been this one.
