Overhead angle.

I'm excited to see what goes in that space. It's a big chunk of land they're opening up.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I guess it's official, no one-off game at the BC for the 75th anniversary season.

Been fun BC.

Still surprised they didn't sell individual seats but I guess may not worth the hassle of it. Just felt it would be quick way to make 500K-1M if sold them at $100/each and they sold minimum 5,000 which I think would be doable. Oh well.

Are you patient and willing to suffer fools? Tolerant of those too lazy to read thru a thread and figure smthing out on their own?

If so, maybe you can explain to me how i get the tickets I bought yesterday for the February Boston game from StubHub?

Thanks!

No plans have been announced for that space yet.

One suggestion (tourist tower, circa 1964):

High level. Seller should have text or email transferred you the tickets. Click into the link, log in with your ticket master account, and tickets should drop into Bucks app ticket section.

Birthday is coming up and was looking for some lower bowl tix. Ouch. Behind the hoop row 26 $90 a seat and 4 tix are $460 ($100 in fees) anyone have some tix for sale or know a better way? The people were going with are pretty cheap, I dont want to scare them too much haha

Yeah it makes no sense. They could’ve had the Bucks Foundation do it to raise some nice $ for a good cause. The seating bowl seats might have been tough to sell because of how they were connected to and supported by the concrete steps but they had thousands of the blue padded folding chairs that would have sold easily. I’m guessing they sold them all as a lot for much less $ just to avoid the hassle of selling them themselves.

I would’ve easily paid $100 each for a few of the folding chairs.

The great first half combined with the new arena has definitely affected prices. I'm going Tuesday night vs. Miami and paid more than double what I paid for an early season game.

Have not gotten a text or email from seller. But I had no idea I had to be signed into bucks app account and ticketmaster account (didnt know I had one of those). Could that be the cause of the holdup on why the seller hasn't emailed me my tix/link yet?
I hope I didn't **** it up by not having those things ready to go first before buying.

Thanks a lot! Any more insight or help would be appreciated.

I think the problem is how they are designed. From my hazy memory, it was a connected back with a separate seat bottom attached. I don't think there was an easy way to separate them. Considering the lockers were selling for around $125 (I think that is what my friend paid) I don't think there were 5k people in Milwaukee paying for a seat that was impractical to set-up. Assuming seats of 4, you would have to separate them, keep them from falling apart, create some kind of heavy base and sell them at a profit at ~$100. After labor and materials, maybe $50 in margin if you are lucky. Then you have scrap due to losing seats (a row of ten would only make 2 four packs). So you probably have maybe 2,500 sets. That's a lot of work for $100k.

For reference, Tony Snell would have to play 12.5 minutes at his current actual labor rates to earn $100k.
