What does that mean?

I waas refering to some of the posts above.... And it means: Booker is a valuable asset.... by trading him, we could get a pg + a good scorer + cap relief... just saying... Divac did that with Cousins and not a lot of people liked it at time.... But it turned out a great move... Cousins was a great player and team around him kept losing.... I wonder if I'll read this post and laugh after 2 more years trying booker and then trading him

Cousins is a headcase and was way older when traded.

Booker is an amazing player if you think about his playmaking and scoring ability at his age. He is just 22 years old.

He needs to improve defensively and the FO needs to get better players on the team (one of them being an starting PG)...and just with those two things we can have a perennial All Star on the team.

No need to trade him this early at all.

I think it's too early to start thinking about trading Booker. We just haven't had a good enough team to really show that Booker can't be a major part of a winning team.

I think before we start thinking about doing anything with Booker/Ayton, we need to see what we can do with a high level PG who can take pressure of those two and allow them to get touches where they should/where they're best while also running the team. Booker has shown he's not a full time PG but he's proven that he's a damn good SG with near star level passing but the role of a PG just doesn't maximise his skill set. That's fine. It doesn't mean trade him, it means put him in a position where he could/should be better.
