Went with Vuc as he did his thing on the offensive end. Defensively, he was really good defending the rim in the 4th quarter. His timing on blocks has been much better. Honorable mention to Fournier who honestly played his best basketball this season. Hopefully he can continue playing that way for the remainder of the season.

Vuc's 29 points on 23 attempts and seeing how Dedmon pretty much went off is Classic Vuc.

Evan is averaging a career high in assists, but yeah, he doesnt pass the ball.

Fournier can thank Vuc for 4 of those assists, two of which did not actually set Vuc up.
I guess Vuc's 14 rebounds and 2 blocks mean nothing?
Vuc scored 29 points on 59 TS% with no turnovers as the team's top option and focus of the defense.
Dedmon scored 10 of his points in the short time Vuc was off the floor.

Not sure you know how assists work?? If 2 did not setup Vuc for scores then they wouldn’t have been assists.

Not sure you know how assists work?? If 2 did not setup Vuc for scores then they wouldn’t have been assists.

I understand some assists are awarded generously and don't actually help the shot maker...



I also understand there is no assist if the scorer doesn't score, so it kind of matters that Vuc is the teammate who made most of them happen. Just like it matters that Dedmon wasn't scoring all his points on Vuc. I wouldn't even be bringing this stuff up if you didn't try so hard to downplay Vuc's great game.

so Mack - 3.4 apg, Fournier 3.7 apg. so no, they arent lower. also, i would expect a PG, even a backup one, to put up more assists as that is the major part of their game and role.

btw everybody is avergaing career highs in assists i think; dj, evan, gordon and vuc. ross is not, but gonna assume his orders are to shoot when he sees daylight.

considering every coach we had in last 6 years said we're gonna share the ball and it will be glorious, it's a real testament to clifford's ability to coach the guys.

but you are also comparing a PG, who's generally main job is to run an offense, vs a SG.
