I think most agree. Plus no one gives a crap about any of the guys because they all spent the past four years existing primarily to put over Reigns. Now he's gone and there's no one viable to take his place due to four straight years of garbage booking.

That's probably why they're doing halftime heat with NXT stars, because Gargano, Dream, Ciampa, Cole, Ricochet, and Black all actually feel like stars since the main roster hasn't been allowed to ruin them yet.

Problem is that it's tough to know whether you're going to get a show where Vince throws the fans a bone and actually has some fan favorites win or whether it's going to be one of those shows where it feels like he's using the booking to give the fans the finger.

It's because NXT just lets guys go out and wrestle.

This is why I honestly don't care if Gargano and Ciampa never leave NXT. On the main roster, maybe they succeed. I'd certainly be rooting for both of them. But the main roster has basically turned AJ Styles into a three star match machine, and Kevin Owens hasn't put on a four star match in what feels like years. Vince can take amazing wrestlers and make them average. He does it all the time. I fear that same thing will happen to Gargano and Ciampa, and I desperately don't want it to.

In NXT, though, they're going to continue being goddamn stars like they should be. They're going to get to go out every Takeover and work whatever match they need to work. They're going to be booked like the stars they are.

Like I said, I think the reason Halftime Heat is featuring NXT stars is because NXT actually has stars. The main roster has a bunch of guys who have spent four years making Roman Reigns look good.
