Re: OT: WOJ: Anthony Davis requests trade; no intention of resigning with Pelicans
I'm not trading all of og Val and siakam that's way too much.
We still need good depth for a championship and 905ers are not gonna cut it.
If I'm giving up siakam, who's the centerpiece, then I'm not giving up og. It would have to be something like siakam, VanVleet, valanciunas. That's actually a lot imo, since now we have no big men.
I wonder if davis/ibaka, can coexist in the starting lineup. Then the bench is delon/norm/miles/og and Idk who else? I guess Monroe. Or I would do og, fvv, valanciunas picks to me that's a much better trade. If we can somehow keep siakam And add Davis championship here we come.
Lowry/delon
Green/norm
Kawhi/miles?
Siakam/og
Davis /ibaka
But yeah that team is pretty beast. Also we need another legit shooter instead of miles.maybe ibaka would have to be included in trade for salary purposes tho.

I think the AD train is not one we can catch...... Holiday, Mirotic, Randle, however, are guys we should definitely go after should a trade be completed by the deadline. NOLA can't be this dumb despite history proving otherwise that they would still expect to compete without AD

2018 My Top Guys (no particular order): Doncic, JJJ, Zhaire Smith, Miles Bridges, Knox, Wendell, Bamba, Ayton, Sexton, Brown, Huerter, Okogie, Svi,

The NBA is going to pull an NFL and have an all-SoCal ref team for the Lakers in the playoffs.
Not to go off on a tangent...but this is the most ridiculous narrative regarding the missed call in the Saints-Rams game.
If the fix was in, they wouldn't have waited until less than 2 minutes left in the game to make it happen. They wouldn't have waited until the Saints were in position to ice the game with a completion. They certainly wouldn't have missed the facemask call on Jared Goff several minutes earlier.
Even with the call, the Rams still had to go down the field and score a field goal. And then they had to stop the Saints in overtime and then they had to score themselves, which they did on a 57 yard field goal, which was only successful because the Rams have one of the best field goal kickers in the game.
So IMHO, if this was some kind of plot to get the Rams into the Super Bowl, they did a really terrible job of executing it.
Seems much more likely to me (especially in light of the missed facemask call earlier) that the refs just did a crappy job of calling the game.
The absurd mystery of the strange forces of existence.
