Mavs just put the pressure on Kupchak and the Hornets with that heist they got from the Knicks.

to think we could've used Dwight Howard's $25M expiring as a trade chip for something like this........

Dwight + Monk and Miles is a better package than what NY got.

Need to keep Bismack's contract to use next year.

I'm probably more willing to trade Bridges than Monk at this point. His floor is higher than Monks, but he might not have the "it" factor and could be destined for a career as a good role player, which is fine and still worth his draft slot, but we need another star or at least another star level scorer more than we need more good role players.

Id probably try to find a way to keep them both while adding someone like Holiday/Richardson for picks. Monk/Bridges are more likely to be good during the Kemba window than someone drafted in the next couple years who will be multiple years behind them in their development curve and the Kemba window isn't going to be big enough to wait that long unless we just randomly hit a stud who is good immediately.

It might be now or never for Charlotte, Knicks can go after two max contracts this summer. Kemba is likely to be a target, if they sign a decent name Kemba might be tempted.

I don't think the Knicks have a shot at Durant, Leonard, etc.

Now if Kemba wants to play with a maxed out Tobias Harris then more power to him.

I'd be worried if they traded all the picks they have now for AD though.

Durant is all about building connections and making a legacy. I think that is a good chance he sees New York as a way to build his brand, especially with the lousy season that city has endured recently.

Golden State wins the championship this season there’s a good chance KD leaves for the East knowing that the West just got harder with AD and whoever joining forces with LeBron on the Lakers.

I have a feeling we won't make a move and just go with this roster for the rest of the season. I hope I'm wrong though.

Trade Batum for Wiggins so the team will have someone to market next year after Kemba leaves.

Just do something, already. The team's continuing mediocrity is stifling.

Mitch needs to fleece that team in Louisiana for Holiday at least.

I wonder if Mitch will trade up in drafts? We know Cho wouldn't (although Higgins was still here) except to draft Biz. Mitch was sitting on the front row to watch Ja Morant play last week!

How would the team trade up that high?

Anything think the team is waiting to see how Kevin Love plays when he comes back before the deadline?
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Odds we make a "small move" 50%

If we can’t get at least a 2nd round pick for Frank then we need a new GM. A team could do that as a favor.
