I can’t deal with this. Lebron and his henchmen all out there trying to poison AD to Boston. If he doesn’t want to come.fine.

What if Kyrie like owes Lebron "a favor" of some sort. This is really the NBA mafia going at it.

The IT trade was tough. But dude chose to play after his sis passed away. Nobody in that damn franchise would have even blinked the wrong way if he said he wanted to sit for a while after that. It's a trade anybody would do. If not you're not doing your job. We took care of Jeff Green..we sent so many players to good situations..we got guys like C.Lee paid..we might not have loyalty but Ainge treats guys well..there's no doubt about that.

This to me sounds like a Lavar type of dad trying to shame Boston in order to scare us away from trading for his kid and ruining his dreams of watching his boy play in LA.

I agree! I think AD to LA is a done deal. No team would have any chance of resigning him. It’s worse than kawhi. At least he’s silent about it. We should just steer clear of AD. We have a better chance of getting durant. for now, lets find a shot blocking big in the buyout market.

Honestly the Durant idea isn't always that bad. He was my first choice initially before AD but I prefer AD due to age.
What if we pair up Kyrie/Durant in Boston?

Such a pile-on - the reason no one wants this deal to happen is because they know Boston would be a boring-ass Golden State-style dynasty for the next six years.

We betrayed IT? How many teams offered him a contract this summer? He signed with the Nuggets for the vet minimum and he doesn't even play. Not one of thirty teams gave him the MLE, not one would give him a max contract, not one would give him half a max contract.

The reason everyone's piling on Boston is that we briefed the Cavs' rookie GM on IT's health and then moved him, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic and a mid-lottery pick for a much better player. No team in the league wants to get fleeced like that - and it's nerve-wracking because it didn't look like a fleecing at the time.

I think they are desperate of getting AD to La this season, and not wasting a year of lebron. That’s why they want to scare boston of trying to deal in the off season. They feel they could compete now with AD and lebron. At least its getting clear for us. Best we should move on. We have tons of assets to look forward to. Lets hope ainge is smart about this.

It also seems rest of the nba is annoyed that Celtics could get Davis. All the LA based writers spinning something about Boston. Boston’s future is loaded.

I assume Knicks get Kemba Walker and then out maybe a second tier guy around him to start.
