Ignoring how fans in LA wrote racial slurs all over LeBrons house a few years back...

Love Danny.. But this is a bit too big a hole for even him. Even Davis himself mentioned the IT situation several times.

What hole? What are you talking about?

If Kyrie re-signs and we win a title or go the finals, there's not much of a hole, let's face it.

We're trying to win. Scared money don't make money. Go for it.

Hole in regards to us landing AD. Danny is ballsy, but no way he pulls the trigger if AD feels the same as his dad. These comments are being placed in the media for a reason. Him and his camp reallllyyyyyyyy don’t want Boston.

They just really want LA or NY. Theyre just scared we can actually acquire him.

He's flaky, and a distinct flight risk in my view.

What if Kyrie truly hasn’t decided? Still trade him then? If so, what’s the value for 3 months of Kyrie Irving? A late 1st rd pick?

This. The team will be fine no matter what, are in still great shape. But all of this has absolutely taken the wind out of my sails a bit.

Pretty sure AD could come out tomorrow and flat out say he doesnt want Boston and Ainge would still trade for him.

Of all the things that will come back to bite our ass... it's IT exit from the Celtics.

Lebron of course was pissed he wasted a season with IT and no Kyrie.
Cuban still salty about the Rondo trade.
Magic has had his battles with Danny and the Cs.
Knicks have always been spanked silly by the Celtics.

I'm just waiting for Pat Riley and Prokhorov to chime in and sling some more mud.

Poor Rob. And his bride-to-be. But Catelyn Stark......I feel no sorrow for her. Remember, while raising Jon, she would pinch his nipples hard enough to make him cry, just because he was a bastard. So yeah, she had it coming.

It's pretty rich that people act like they care about IT now when Lebron flat out ignored him on the court last year and pretended he was a piece of toilet paper hanging from his shoe.

The Truth spoke the truth. If AD plays for the Lakers, it will be in 2 years. Pelicans flat out won't trade with Lakers.

If you can't see what's happening, and Lebron and his sports agency is all over this, I don't know what to say. Every little bit of it.

Can Davis think for himself? Jesus

One of the biggest problems with the whole one and done rule is that most players are not intellectual at all and cannot make decisions and need a family member to make it for them.

They need more college education imo and the rule needs to be 2 years of college or 3 years of college before pros.

These guys instead rely on relatives like Kawhi’s uncle or Porzingis brother or whatever to make decisions for them.

Just watched Ned lose his head, I'm guessing quite a bit of people are rewatching the series to get ready.

And yeah, Catelyn sucked.

L.A. just beat New Orleans in a controversial nail-biter the other week in the NFL and yet your son is demanding a trade to L.A. He doesn't want to continue playing for the franchise that has tried, in earnest, to build a good team around him but unfortunately fell into some bad luck along the way. Your son has 1.5 years left on his deal and decides he doesn't want to play for them, okay cool. Not content to just leave the franchise, he also has to have his cronies go on record that he only wants LA (and maybe NY), thus screwing over New Orleans again by depressing his trade value.

And yet you talk to me about loyalty?

Imagine doing your job so well as a GM (as evidenced by everything that happened with the IT saga post-trade) and being penalized for it because of some vague combination of leaguwide envy for assets and Russell-era racism. It's bewildering.

If Ainge thinks Kyrie is leaving then yes, trade him. He'll fetch more than a late first, but whatever it is will be better than the nothing we'd get if he walks.
