Hence. Rich Paul has a PR campaign and uses his media sources.

According to the packages Woj and Shams are reporting, the Lakers have 0 concerns about any other team in the NBA.

They're offering maybe 75% full packages fully convinced no team will trade for AD with him saying he refuses to sign with them.

summer or now, they're not even worried about it right now and have packages with Rondo as a featured part of it. That is NOT a team worried about its competition.

Hell look at this one

They've upped it a little but their packages right now are ones we'd shatter offering a Brown, Smart, crap firsts we have this draft package. So would about 85% of the league offer far more than that.

Reminder: WHEREVER Davis is traded, he'll want that team to have given up the least possible assets for him.

I.e., if he actually, secretly hoped he'll end up in Boston, he'd want his camp to be doing pretty much exactly what they now are.

Zero concern? The smear campaign seems to tell me they are very concerned.

Lakers and Rich Paul are in full on panic mode. That bs AD Sr. ploy shows how they know if they dont get AD now their present and future is in jeopardy. Lebron cannot afford to waste 2 years waiting for AD. Glad Pelicans realize they have the upper hand.

Even if they don't get Davis, we all know they'll get some other top-tier player. If we don't get Davis, we're screwed. Boston is definitely the one worrying.

Eh I don't know, no one seems to want to play with LeBron except AD.

Everyone wants to duck him for the Clippers, it seems.

But I don't think he would have hired Rich Paul in that case

Insider dude thinks 70% Celtics, 29% Knicks, 1% field. Speculates that Barrett as valuable as Tatum, and that Knicks can still beat us with #2 pick, but toast if picks comes in 4 or later.

I kind of agree.

I have no idea why so many people think otherwise. Hell, even a top-3 pick is uber-valuable.

Part of that speculation based on his belief that they can still tank next year with the Knicks offer, while landing Tatum and Smart makes them too competitive too soon. Which I also agree with.

Neither he nor I think the Lakers are in this at all. Boston vs NY, with the super outside chance that someone else like Denver swoops in. Lottery should dictate all.

The Knicks offer is better in terms of them tanking next year, which isn’t a small thing. Tanking the year after losing a superstar is how they got AD in the first place.

If Barrett is as valuable as Tatum, teams can't scout.

Kid has major, major flaws in his game. Has more tunnel vision than any top prospect I've seen in a while.

Why not also other teams that are in the running for super-high picks? Because it's assumed that AD wouldn't choose to stay with any of them?
