It's really weird. They have a bunch of great posters. But a majority can seemingly not enjoy their team no matter what.

I love Clyde on their commentator team (and the poster :wink:

For instance, when they got Kidd/Chandler on their final prime year, that was a really fun team with Carmelo. They made it far and played great ball. After losing in the playoffs however, it has been nothing but hate.

Sometimes you can't have nice things, because you want to feel miserable no matter what.

I can’t fkn wait for KP to start for us. The hate is seriously something else for him from the Knicks camp though, I feel bad for them

and KP! Doesn’t deserve that treatment.

The same kind of hate will turn off potential free agents from signing there. Its championship or bust on their first year so those are lofty expectations for anyone. I'd expect them to sign Kemba Walker and Khris Middleton to $33M each though.

In November one of the people who was taking care for his physical recovery and training said that he will come back stronger, with more muscle etc. I don't see that to be honest. He needs to add a bit.

His physique still looks like from his rookie year lol. Ive followed him since he was drafted and binge watched all of his workout vids. They keep reiterating that" we wanna get stronger but not actually get heavier" belief, which I think cant be done on his case. He has that skinny/slender body type that has minimal fat to shred. Unlike Luka who started the season a bit clunky and now has started to trim some of the baby fat is actually getting better as the season progress.
I think the Cuban and the FO should give this guy an ultimatum. Something like, gain 4-6lbs of muscle this offseason. Cuz remember, in his 3yrs in NY he went in to training camp at almost the same weight. Just let Casey Smith and his team be in charge.

Looks like he has changed his shot mechanics though, which is a really good thing to prevent further injuries.

^^ that video is old. That is how he shot prior to the injury.
before the press conference though he shot a couple of free throws and jumpers,looks like he is doing it less cuz it puts unnecessary stress on the knees. I think he will listen to dirk a lot.

Salty fans mocking Cuban for answering questions in KP's behalf. What they dont know is that Cuban is the type of owner who will say outrageous things to get fined on purpose to take the media attention away from his young developing stars. He did this with Dirk and Nash before so he'd be the headline and not Dirk. That's why he's the most fined owner in the NBA and that's coincidentally why Dirk is loyal to the organization for having his back for 21 years. That being said and with all the heat KP has, i expect Cuban to publicly comment on officiating and/or tanking the next few weeks to take the heat off KP. That should carry over til next season.

I think the risks are overstated. In all indications, Zinger can play. But the Mavs clearly wants the a chance to top 5 pick and a sure chance of a higher 2nd rounder. At 23, players are easily to recover from major injury. And Zinger has a quick release with a 7-3 frame. That's still a major matchup problem. As for bolting of FA, Zinger's press confererence suggests otherwise. Zinger has already establish good relationship with Cuban and Doncic as well as perhaps Barea. I am kinda of wonder what sort of relationship with coach and Dirk, though. The other newcomers are all good fit skillwise. But those 3 doesn't sound comfortable landing in Dallas from body language. Maybe these players love NY city too much. Perhaps Dallas is dull from players POV.
