Pels are gonna take that deal. They get what they want, even if those LAL young players are a tad overrated.

Who gives up money between Kyrie and KD? Cuz we'd be about a min of 5 mill short of being able to offer the max to the both of them.
Neither. You trade Frank for a future 2nd and decline Dotson’s option.
Still not enough money. I repeat. If we got rid of EVERYONE on the roster except AD. We would go into Free Agency unable to give the full max to both Kyrie and KD. We could give max contracts to Kawhi and Kyrie. Noahs buyout makes it impossible.
Kyrie signing a max deal with Boston, if I would feel confident I’m not going anywhere anytime soon. IT was an upcoming FA the year prior. It was unfortunate, very very awful of his sisters death. Playing through that along his hip injury was his decision. If you want to improve your team you have to do it. Kyrie literally won the Cavs a championship. Thomas made a huge risk, playing and making it worse, and it bit him in the ass.blueNorange wrote:Kristaps6_NYK wrote:issa business. Thomas made his decision to play through injury. it is a business, but like the former porzingis would say.
family over anything.
these players care about family. boston embraced IT like family, celtics organization treated him like family. then poof, gone. boston celtics don't care about family, boston celtics pretends to be someone to like you ... then you get played.
why would kyrie re-sign when he knows they'll trade him for the first shiny object that's available?
it's the cost of doing business, treat people like chit and nobody will want to be employed by you.

I sure as hell don’t want the Knicks to give up that much
