This trade should go down.

Keep churning the 2nd draft guys. You never know

Kyrie's dad is a knicks fan...there no way he would accept his son going to the nets if he was a big knicks fan

But is Kyrie's mom a dyke?

If so, Dyke Slope wins!

If Kyrie goes to BKN, maybe they dont bring back Russell? I'd go after him tbh.

Kyrie stay injured too much for my liking. Now if he stayed healthy he'd be an absolute get.

I’m curious how a second max slot changes so many peoples options. Because when we barley had one kyrie was a injury prone waste of money. And trading picks and young players was blasphemy. But now all of a sudden it’s all up for grabs.

What’s really going on? What’s changed?

no ones arguing Kyrie or DSJ. Obviously Kyrie is better. The argument is that the money used to get Kyrie can be spent on a different max player (like Kawhi, who arguably affects winning more than Kyrie), while keeping DSJ who has a lot of promise/upside

thats disappointing but it'd be more disappointing if we didn't have DSJ. I don't think this takes us out of play for KD, and hopefully Perry/Mills can pivot and try to land Kawhi as the #2.

Personally I would love to trade for Beal (if the price is right)

If Smith is a PG we can roll with, you can hunt KD/Kahwi instead. I think maxing out Kyrie will end in disaster anyway.

I personally think DSJ can be that guy; his upside is high. Too many are quick too give up on guys in there first couple seasons (happened with D'Angelo Russell, now he's thriving Year 4). It takes time for guards to develop, but usually by Year 3 or 4 they find their groove

Just happy to see that after KP leaves, DSJ has become the center of delusion around here.

Kyrie or DSJ? Please tell me you all are joking.

I can speak for myself...If the organization has made up its mind on signing Durant
and Durant wants Kyrie then we have to do it...If it were up to me - I would just continue to build -sign no one and go after the greek freak when he becomes a free agent- I think we would be primed for a franchise free agent signing at that time...

If we only had spot for one max free agent this summer, I think a lot of us would've preferred building this team organically. KP, Knox, Mitch, Frank and the lotto pick this year and go from there. Now that the Knicks pivoted and created space for Durant and Irving, it's a nice package deal that's an easy sell. Durant, Kyrie, top lotto pick and the kids.

Now a lot of us don't want them to overspend on the likes of Harris and Middleton because it really won't move the needle at the end of the day, so it still comes down to whether or not the Knicks are smart with their new found flexibility.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

Kawhi would be amazing but that isn't likely and we're debating based on who's likely to want to come to NYC

KD, AD and Kyrie are likely. Actually very likely

Now I can get behind Greek. Because he’s mean and nasty. He’s not a flaky hop scotch looking for love in all the wrong places type. And I really don’t like that dude. At all. But that’s the guy you want on your team.
