Alright, here's my 'compete now' rebuild proposal.

Deal 1
ORL: Brad Beal
BOS: Isaac
WAS: Jaylen Brown + Fournier + ORL 2020 top 10 protected 1st

Deal 2
ORL: Pau Gasol + Derrick White
SAS: Vuc + Ross

Deal 3
ORL: Randle
NOP: Simmons + OKC2020


Lineup:
Gasol/Bamba
Randle/Martin
Gordon/Iwundu
Beal/Frazier
White/DJ

That team is still very young, but capable of competing now. The prize in this for me is the potential for Beal + Randle to be a wrecking ball on the offensive end, as they can both put up points, but they also move the ball very well. White is also an underrated and blossoming scorer.

Jaylen Brown doesnt get you Beal. Right now, the Orl 2020 1st is needed just to move Fournier, so that is what the trade breaks down to.

Vuc+Ross wont get you White, SA really likes him. And why would we trade for a PF, to move AG back to SF which is a bad position for him?
