Should be a guaranteed loss. That will put us 4 full games behind Miami for the 8th seed (with 9th seed Detroit also 2.5 games ahead of us). Any rational person would look at that and understand that the playoffs are all but impossible. Since Ted won't be able to make money selling tickets for two home playoff games, he may as well save that money by dumping Ariza and Morris and avoiding the luxtax while landing some 2nd round picks in the process.

I think Sato's going to have a big game - now knowing the starting PG job is his if he wants it through next season. Bucks favored by 11.5 but anything can happen on any given day in the NBA. Wiz 6-20 on the road, Bux 22-4 at home. Wiz really should not give big minutes to Ariza and Green, and keep Beal's minutes down to 30 - especially with McRae playing so well the other day.

Should be an L.

Might be a huge W.

Yeah, anything can happen.

I'll say Beal goes for 48. Wizards win at the buzzer, 118-117.

I don't think Sato needs any external motivation to play well. The guy plays hard every night. There's no reason to think he'll play any better on this particular night, unless you think there is some type of matchup advantage he has against Milwaukee.

Wizards need perfect 48 mins to even have a competitive game in this one. Perfect game for Giannis to rest a bit in 4Q.

.. but, who knows it's Wizards after all.

Last minute hope for excitement?

It's not about motivation; it's about confidence in knowing he's the man instead of just holding down the fort for Wall. It's like Kurt Cousins when he finally had the QB job over RG3. Just a thought I threw out there for a game that's otherwise likely a blowout. Gotta create a reason to want to watch this game.

3 out of 5 last games Wizards ended giving up 130+ points. We might see a record today.

50! after 1Q
85! after 2Q
120! after 3Q
148! Finito

What a mess of a team and Ernie running the show. Can only sit back and watch the destruction.

Close game, great effort.

No team has scored more than 150 pts in regulation since 2010 & it’s only happened four times since 1999, it is really hard to do.

148...

If I was a coach of a team that gives up nearly 150 in a game I would step down.
It's a shame and embarrassment.

The 85 given up in the first half...might've been Porter trade shock.

Lebron's team last night lost by 40 sumthin.

Whole team besides the old cronies of LBJ are scared they are on the trading block.
