The moves we made opened up 6.3M of salary.

We pitched him in free agency in 2015. Hopefully it left a positive impression.

Matthews already on the Pacers.

don't think it's official yet, but i think it's pretty much a given.

Pacers media already posting articles about how he fits in with the team and such. Pretty much a done deal.

Can we possibly get two guys? What are the implications if we do?

Wesley Matthews / Morris would be ideal.

Didn't see his name mentioned but what about Pau Gasol? Not sure what he has left in the tank but seems like a good guy to bring along for the ride this post season.

Apparently San Antonio was "desperately" trying to trade him this week but couldn't make a deal.

He is not playing much right now so maybe San Antonio will want to buy him out to try and save some $. He may agree since he is only guaranteed $6.7 million next year. Could have something to do with Marc waiving his trade kicker.

I'm not sure Ujiri would take him based on character, but Beasely would fit basketball-wise.

TBH, I would expect them to waive most of their expiring contracts, so they get rid of any cap holds for the next year. That's what they have been doing so far in the last couple of weeks, Waived Milos, Gortat and Beasely.

They owe their 2019/2020 lottery protected pick to Boston. So, they have no interest in making playoffs.

I expect the following players to be waived by next week.

JaMychal Green
Wilson Chandler
Patrick Beverly
Garret Temple
Luc Mbah a Moute.

They can wait until the end of the season to clear the cap holds. I think they've done most of what they planned to do unless for some reason someone really wants out.

Courtney Lee got no burn with the Mavs last night. He would be the ideal candidate for us.
