You hear that some of the Packers players have not found that area to be hospitable to them.

I haven’t read through all the threads on these boards, so someone please answer the following 3 questions for me:

1. How much money does Kyrie leave on the table by leaving BOS for NY or some other team in the Summer?

2. Is he likely to make up that money through extra endorsement deals?

3. Is there a better than 50% chance that Durant leaves Golden State for NY?

Sorry if these are dumb or repeated questions but I have not seen the answers on these boards.

So supposedly, the Celtics are not one of the teams AD would sign with in 2020.

Does Ainge still make a pitch?

Yup. Ainge isn't going to drop out of the race now.

Celtics can offer him 5 years deal worth 188 milions, everyone else 4 years 139 milions

Hmm, sounds like Lakers are pushing all their chips in to get the deal done this week.

NO probably should take that offer. I don’t know if that helps LA too much. They now have zero depth and if they bring in Kawhi or KD can’t do much else.

That deal has always been available. It will be available at the draft, all summer and at next years trade deadline if Davis is somehow still on the Pels.

I thought this was all crazy at first, but with every passing Knicks loss I am no longer laughing.

Why are we assuming they would trade the 1st pick? Not sure anyone would trade it with Zion available

If the Knicks just end up with Zion then fine. But rumored interest in the Knicks by AD is concerning.

I think that was just his agent leaking additional teams besides the Lakers

If you were the Knicks which player would you want, AD or Zion?

AD is a top 5, MVP candidate.

Zion is a prospect with a high ceiling.

If they get Durant, the easy option is Davis.

Like, unless they had a deal on the table with Dallas anyway - you’d think if they took a week on Porzingis, those calls from other teams might have opened up other scenarios for Hardaway and Lee than a package salary dump.

Knicks did exactly what they had to do. They are closer to a title now than they have been since the early 70s, even accounting for taking the Rockets to 7 that one time.

Well of course they are - they're the Knicks. Empty your roster and always be in the conversation along with LA for any good free agent. How would that kind of "strategy " work in Charlotte or even Boston? With their permanent built in competitive advantage , it is virtually statistically impossible for them to have the second worst record in the 21st Century and yet here we are. They didn't do what they had to trading KP. It's not about the trade, it's the lack of return that the NBA is buzzing about .
But I can't deny that they are closer to a championship for two reasons. 1.) The aforementioned unearned advantage. 2.) The bar for them being closer to a championship is so low. If they got Yabs and a bucket of balls they would be closer

So the Knicks used Durant in a video going 1 on 1 against Knox I believe. Then they took the video down and released a statement regarding it. Clear tampering. This league is a joke.

They're not just trading Zion for AD. They're trading Zion for AD, KD, and Kyrie.

In 2003, the Cavs got the 1st pick overall. However, if they had a chance to trade the pick for Tim Duncan, knowing that Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce were going to follow him there as free agents, would it be a good move? I'd say yes, even with the career that Lebron has had. You go with the sure thing.
