Will Barnes light up our small forwards? He's not real aggressive but if he gets hot and decides to score ...
Cauley-Stein might be the center most likely to give Jokic fits - not that I think he can stop him (speaking about Jokic on offense). So it'll be interesting to see how that matchup plays out.

It'll be interesting to see if IT can/has regained any of his 2016-17 season talent, if so, will Malone be able to take advantage of it.

In that case, Beasley should be moved to SF spot (even Harris partly), Juancho to PF, Craig shot down and Barton reduced, Murray mostly to play as SG...

Why the F is the oldest dude on the court (Milsap) the only one hustling around and making plays on D.
Oh and Will Barton...passing the ball is also an option

Once again bad first half in 2019, and double-digit advantage for an opponent which desperately trying to stay alive in the playoff race is a very bad sight. But the game is still not over, the team played so far several fantastic 2nd halves lately, especially at home. Our extra joker may be Joker since Malone is ejected I can't see some assistant would dare to limit Jokic playing time under 35 minutes, especially not under 30.

Nikola actually almost chocked our victory in last minute with two errors, but still, with that game-winner Jokic once again this season showed how superior he is a player for clutch-time purposes compared with Will Barton which Malone used last season in such moments. This 20-18-11 game is Jokic 10th triple-double out of 22 games he played so far in 2019!

Why does Fat Lever constantly calling Jokic shots not pretty or ugly during the broadcasts??? Just because some of those are not conventional it doesn't mean they are ugly , there is lots of skill in those shots and they are not ugly they are just different thats what Jokic makes unique player in the league ,his unpredictability, improvisation etc.
Barton continues to ignore Jokic on pnr action , I would say on purpose, he's showing low iq in every game.

Inconsistency - the theme of the Nuggets. A win is good but inconsistency does not lead to playoff success; not when the other times have time to study and prepare.
Defense was terrible - especially transition defense.
Way too much one-on-one on offense.
Millsap had a great game.
Beasley also had a very nice game.
Plumlee's 7 boards were valuable.
But Jokic was absolutely vital!
The rest of the team, not too impressive overall.

Re: Game 57: Denver Nuggets (38-18) vs. Sacramento Kings (30-26) - 9:00 PM ET
Barton needs to be losing minutes not Juancho. Even with his struggles Juancho is not costing us a lot of points on either end, he is just more invisible. Compared to the way Barton has been on both ends invisible is a huge improvement.
Why does the entire team take 7 minutes on the court before they are warmed up? It seems like we struggle 3 minutes into the 2nd quarter and than a couple of minutes after the starters come back every night. By the end of the 2nd quarter we finally start playing harder.
A lot of people talk about the Suns, Mavs, Twolves, and Lakers young cores but the Kings core is the one that scares me long term. They have some top end talent and a lot of young guys who need another year or two to develop their lower body strength but I think they are going to be good for a long time.
I was happy to see Malone take a couple of techs, 2nd time this year he got tossed for calling out crappy refs.
We really need Harris back, our perimeter defense would improve a ton if Harris and Juancho were starting, Beasley is a good scorer and solid defender, but he is not ready for guys like Heild. He would be a very good bench defender with Craig and Morris though.
I think that I may be the only one in the world that is not a huge IT fan, but he did play well in the limited minutes he got. He seems to understand he needs to be a facilitator 1st.

Man I enjoyed this game. It had everything. Techs, ejections, great plays, game winning shot of Nicola... I know it was just the Kings but I had real PO feeling.
I'll just tell you that those couple of minutes of Lyles were disgusting. No more please.

cause what he did on defense made me speechless. Like every play after play he made mistake on defense. Couldn't guard his man, rotated slowly, didn't help where he had to. With this effort he doesn't belong there. Other players might not to play their best game but noone else showed up with this "I don't really give a ****" attitude.

Lyles played SEVEN mins, if that's all you took from this game you have a very small POV and all you want to do is bitch about him. This forum is to support the Nuggets, all you seem to want to do is troll Lyles....you only have about 90 more days of him on this roster, perhaps you should start to look for your bitch session of next year already, perhaps confer with your buddy YtG

I saw this before your other post and thought you were talking about Barton.

Well as bad as it is that whole paragraph fits both of them very well lately.
