Buddy has become such a good finisher at the rim.

That’s a damn shame that a 41 point first quarter.

And it would have been a win for us if the refs hadn’t swallowed their whistles through most of the middle part of the game.
Honestly I’m getting a little burned on the NBA lately with all the horrific officiating. It’s a nightly occurrence. And the rules need to change in regards to offensive players “creating” fouls.

Tough, tough loss. Denver has some big bodies in the paint with Jokic and Plumlee and they really just bullied us down low all night. The next step for this team is winning these games.

Kings got out to the quick lead with some hot shooting but the Nuggets strength downlow proved to be too much to handle for 48 minutes. Some may categorize this loss as one that got away but Denver was never fazed is the way I see it. They played to the marathon not a sprint and eventually leaked ahead towards the end.

Good effort. Not far off. The core looked fine (I don’t consider Giles part of it currently). Barnes starting to fit in. We just need another big going forward to improve this rim/rebounding

Interior physicality and rebounding needs improvement.

I wonder how the Kings are going to find it in the off-season.

Thanks. Jokic is looking like Mitch Trubisky out here throwing beatiful dimes.

IMO Bagley and Giles need another off season to get stronger down low. You guys exposed our weakness.

We needed a center at the break. Gasoline/Jordan/Kanter. We could have solidly competed with that

Jokic is a beast.

I went to a Kings/Nuggets game a couple of years ago in Sacramento and saw Jokic play live and he didn’t impressed me. Fast forward to today, he’s a bonifide star. Kudos to him in improving every year.

Yup. Not sure how many exact;y but we missed a ton of shots in the paint and the bounces went their way. That Jokic basket at the end was just a bully move on WCS. Nothing he could have done except gain 50 pounds in 1 second.

I think it will probably just end up being our achilles heel for the next 2-3 years as Bagley and Giles start to physically mature. They’re going against some grown man strength night in, night out and that will come in time.

Denver got away with multiple travels. And that play where Plumlee directed a tip and then IT hits a 3. Then we messed up on that fast break and Denver went back and made the bucket. Just to many mess ups to win in Denver.

Yeah, I wished they would have went hard for Jordan or Gasol too.

WC$ is too lanky and soft on the boards. Jokic dropped a triple double on him with ease. KK played Jokic well.

Yeah these were tough pills to swallow.
