It is the magic fans' turn to research about TOS injury and be a medical and a shot expert. I wonder how many threads of 100 pages do they create before Fultz play a single game for the Magic.

Ha...its funny, they think that its just "dumb philly" fans that think he doesn't have any physical injury.
You can bet there is no way Brand would have traded him if he was just injured. Lot more to it than that.

It's really crazy, they're acting like we haven't been following this saga from day one with intense interest, or that the fans in Philly or the organization have been unfair to him.

Considering how this turned out, I think Philly handled it about as best as it could, both as an organization and fanbase.

But reputation, blah blah blah.

The Magic are hopeless, so this is what happens - you get excited about the Markelle Fultz' of the world.

They are excited because they are now truly going into tanking mode with the trade for Fultz. He’s their commander, they had no one to lead the charge.

Fultz and his camp if he starts and plays well: I'm 100%, my shoulder feels great

Fultz and his camp if he is benched and plays poorly: Markelle is still suffering from "insert obscure medical issue here" and will be out indefinitely, but once he is 100% he will show why he was selected number one overall.

Fultz 5 years from now: 30 for 30 airs..."What would you say if you drafted a player for his ability to shoot and he suddenly forgot how...."

I'd be interested to see what his percentages are if he actually had the green light to shoot 20-25 times in Orlando.

I've seen too many 2/7 lackadaisical clunker games from Fultz to think he's going to just break out in a new situation.

They're not tanking, they kept Ross for their playoff push.

We are not tanking. We are 1 game behind the 8th, 1 1/2 away from 7th and 2 games away from the 6th. We are playing the Hornets tonight. If we win, we will be 1/2 a game behind the 8th, 1 game behind the 7th and 2 games behind the 6th going into the break.
After the break, we are playing the 3rd easiest schedule in the league for the rest of the season while Charlotte, Miami and Brooklyn are playing one of the toughest. Detroit is also playing an easy schedule for the rest of the season.
We have a chance with or without Fultz. I will be great if Fultz return and play for us some games but we are not expecting that. We play YOU GUYS on march the 2nd(I think). Is a game we expect to lose but will be great for the Sixers fan and player to see Fultz in the court. I just dont see him playing that game unfortunately.
We are hoping to make the playoff, even if we dont pass the first round. But we match really well against the Bucks. Gordon, Isaac and Iwundu are playing great defense and can handle Giannis well. They held Anthony Davis to only 6 points the other day. Over the past 6 games, we currently rank #2 in the league in defense. We might not have offense but we are playing great defense. At least we have some identity.
I will be great to make the playoff, but if we do not,it will be ok. As long as the Lakers dont make it either and the Raptors AND Boston dont make it to the finals.

BTW, Markelle will have a press conference today at 11am in Orlando. For those who are interested. Reason? other than introduction to the team, beats me.

I'm surprised he's coming out of hiding for a presser.

Any question the media down there asks him about his "injury", he'll either stare stonefaced at the camera or talk about how "it's definitely a physical injury" and that his shoulder feels better.

"Getting a fresh start is perfect for me". Lets ignore the extraordinary investment made to acquire you and the endless concessions and long leash we gave you to get healthy. Sorry we couldn't make it work!

This guy went from one of my favorites to absolute disgust. He is a waste of space as far as I am concerned. So much wasted investment and time in a loser who made excuse after excuse.

Everything in that presser just affirmed my already low opinion of this guy. Deluded, delusional, lacking in accountability, unimpressive intellectually (to put it nicely), no self awareness, etc. This guy doesn't get it. And given the misinformation and delusion being fed to him from people in his camp, he probably never will.

Jahlil Okafor earned sympathy and grabbed my rooting interest. Markelle has not.

Hoping we can move on at this point. He’s Orlando’s puzzle now.

Well, the plus side is that we shouldn't hear any more quotes from him for another year.

Actually the most “normal” I’ve seen Markelle in a press conference. Almost seemed like a normal kid...

But with that said, still no accountability on his part. Sounds like he wants to put blame on the Sixers, but was coached not to say too much. Definitely subtle hints in there tho. He can’t blame the Sixers for not finding that 1 specialist that would diagnose TOS, the cba gives the players the right to control their own diagnosis and medical care. If he felt something was still wrong and kept going with the Sixers doctors that’s on him/his camp.
Don’t wish the kid any ill will, but certainly not a fan and won’t be rooting for him

Lol he says he wants coaches who push you and not tell, you what you want to hear. Says the guy who threw a hissy fit on twitter and pouted every time someone was critical of him and pulled himself from the team after he was benched for TJ.

The guy is a total loser. He will never be good in this league, and he’s in total denial about his condition. Imagine the lengths you have to go, to go this far to not admit it’s psychological. So glad this dude is gone. Can’t wait to see the next ailment he blames it on when he comes back and his jumper is still busted. The shoulder, TOS....
