Simple solution to all of our problems:

Trade Magic for Elton Brand.

Ryan West should be working with Elton and Rob in our FO. Get meddling Magic out of there.
NBA titles since the merger: LAL 11, CHI 6, SAS 5, BOS 5, GSW 4.

If NY got Zion, would you (and them) do LeBron to NY, Zion and LA 1st to Pelicans, Davis & Randle to LA?

Mind you NY is below the cap in a way that means they can absorb the salary, I think Zion and a 1st is ideal for the cheap ass Pels, and minus Lebron we have:

Davis
Randle/Mo Wagner
Kuz
Ingram/Hart
Lonzo/Benga

And the cap space for Klay/Kawhi/KD/Butler
Then the vet guys post cap space (Rondo, McGee, Lance type of guys who know they love LA)

Take away the backlash from trading LeBron, you would not trade LeBron for AD straight up?

AD is going to Knicks. the trade will be 2019 FRP (Zion) + DSJ +Kevin Knox + Mavs 2 FRP for AD. Knicks will sign KD & kyrie to form a big three . AD/KD/kYRIE with JOrdan as center and FN as Shooting guard (defensive). They will win the 2020 NBA championship.
Dolan will sell knicks for 5 - 7 Billion.

HELL YES

These young guys are too inconsistent and too young/inexperienced

Kuzma is a poor defender

BI is a poor shooter, not good fit on offense with Lebron

Lonzo is a very bad shooter obviously, but still fits with Lebron due to good defense, passing, and fast break

If we can't get AD this summer and he gets moved to somewhere that he likely wont stay, then we should move BI for a 2021 future pick or multiple picks from 2021 and later

Max or near max someone

Move Lonzo the summer after for future pick(s)

Big 4 of AD, Bron, Max, Kuzma plus 2 or more nice 1sts from BI and Lonzo trades

Would you guys do a draft day trade of

Bulls: Lonzo
Lakers: #4

Gives Lakers more Cap room for FAs in the offseason. Gets rid of the Lavar "headache" after all he said a few weeks ago, though it wasnt a big deal in my opinion. Not sure who the lakers would draft at that spot.

Lonzo is the perfect fit and would be the final piece for the bulls starting 5 in my opinion, so that is my motivation behind the trade.

If you’re all for The Godfather offer to NO, understandable. But racking on Snell and Ilyasova pretty much kills our ability to add anything to Bron and Davis and makes that an easy pass.

Completely didnt see those names, my bad

I am for godfather deal (main 3, 2 1sts, 2 2nds, future pick swap (s), Bonga for salary, and even Hart if need be) for AD only. If we must take on unwanted salary, then we keep one of main 3

We need to do what ever it takes to get rid of Lebron- yes I'm hater, but we ain't gonna get no FA's to come here as i've stated most FA wanna beat him not join him <> let's hope I'm wrong, but I have doubts.

Use him as trade bait :)

Wanted to get rid of Lavar too but I guess majority of posters here would say no to that trade.

I'm not a Lebron hater, I've loved watching him for the past 10 years despite being a Lakers fan. But if right now you propose me Knicks FRP (not necessarily Zion even) for Lebron straight up I probably say yes. Keep the core, keep the cap, try to sign Davis in 2020 if he still wants to come here.

Not Going to happen.

KD is going to Knicks and he does not want LeBron. They will use Zion to trade for AD and will form a big three - KD, AD and Kyrie/Kemba. Jordan will sign for MLE and you will have strating line up of Jordan/AD/KD/FN/Kyrie or Kemba. bench Mitchell, Dotson
and vetrans on Min Salary. See all the free agents Knicks signing as second year team option . That is for AD trade.

You're going under the assumption that they will have the 1st pick.
That's far from a certain thing.
As are a lot of things in your post.

While my proposed deal would work even right now. Their frp, wherever it ends up, straight for Lebron. They could still lure Kyrie and other stars around him and do whatever the heck they want.

Trade Kuzma for Sabonis

Sign Butler in FA for ~$30m
Sign a bench (eg. Pat Bev, Gay, RoLo)

Run it back with Lonzo, Butler, Ingram, LeBron, Sabonis with bench of Bev, Hart, Gay, Wagner, RoLo

I doubt Butler meshes with LeBron as a personality.

Lose Lebron, Kawhi comes home. It's like trading Lebron for Kawhi, a true 2-way MVP DPOY candidate in his prime.

If your goal is to build a contender, it's better to keep capspace open for the future than commit to failure by landing a 2nd tier player, e.g., Jimmy Butler.

Jimmy Butler has led SG position in the league in RPM for the past 4 seasons. What do you define as being 2nd tier? He's pretty underrated and he's being played as 3rd fiddle in Philly. He's a legit 2nd option and great 2-way player. The defense of Lonzo, Butler, Ingram would be the best backcourt in the NBA.

I think he will be the best available player, he's the most consistent and hardest working as well. I thought you might be behind this.
