Well, when the Magic make the playoffs and the Lakers miss them, he can reflect.

Not suprised to hear this from another entitled Laker. The kardashian mentality where the only thing that matters is being in the headlines (good or bad) is a real thing over there. Such flawed logic. I lost a ton, if not all respect I had for Kuzma after this.

It will come back to bite him at some point in his career. I’m going to laugh when he gets traded to NO and isn’t ever talked about again.

Salty about what? We picked Iwundu several spots later that statistically is almost better than everything Kuzma does outside of scoring inefficiently (Per36)

Furthermore, we traded our later FRP that year that was the core piece that got us Markelle Fultz.

I’m not sure how in the world you could be salty about that, that was literally best case scenario.

WeHam knocked those transactions out of the park.

You guys seriously just say ish to say ish.

No man, p0peye is saying Kuzma is salty that we passed on him after he worked out for us twice, plus we traded the pick that would have taken him lol

I would love for you to prove my statement wrong

Ironically, you saying "lol" is about equivalent to Kuzma saying what he said

Unfortunately, your opinion doesn't hold much water around these parts.

With all things considered (usg rate, role, position etc.) you can argue Iwundu is the better overall player and if he continues to improve he will be the better player after all said and done.

What Kuzma said was stupid, douche-y, and uncalled for.

However, there is no comparison between Kuzma and Iwundu. Kuzma actually contributes greatly for LA and is an integral part to their starting lineup/ rotation. Not really a question or up for debate. You can’t be serious.

Iwundu is a prospect that is getting better. Let’s not put that on him.

I don’t agree with the Iwundu comparison, but there is something to the idea that the league is FULL of young players who would looks much better than Kuzma if given the same usage. Iwundu isn’t one of them.

I am not arguing that fact.

Nothing I have said is far-fetched. All is backed up by statistics.

Because one scores more doesn't mean their the better player.

Kuzma plays double the minutes and shoots double the attempts than Iwundu.

There's "no debate" because they play two different roles and positions not because one is significantly superior than the other.

Then why say anything at all involving Iwundu in the first place?

“We picked Iwundu several spots later that statistically is almost better than everything Kuzma does outside of scoring inefficiently (Per36)”.

Just seems like some kinda **** a homer would say to justify Orlando not picking him in retrospect. Others teams passed on him too and that’s ok. No need to involve Iwundu by making ridiculous comparisons that don’t make sense.

What Kuzma said was dumb. Let’s leave it at that.

Because you say it's a ridiculous comparison does not make it true dude lol. I'm not sure why you think your word trumps all or why you feel so entitled to tell posters what they should or should not say haha?

An Orlando Magic poster on a Orlando Magic board is being a HOMER?! WHAT A TRAGEDY! This should be one of the safest and more appropriate places for someone to feel comfortable to be one. Not immediately called names and ridiculed because you dont share the same opinion as another.

but yea Kuzma is dumb, I agree but let's try to be better next time and not single people out, allude to unnecessary name calling or force an opinion.

if you are proud of being poster that posts subjective nonsense than there is nothing wrong with being homer.

As far as "per 36 min as proof"

https://www.basketball-reference.com/play-index/pcm_finder.fcgi?request=1&sum=0&player_id1_hint=Wesley+Iwundu&player_id1_select=Wesley+Iwundu&y1=2019&player_id1=iwundwe01&idx=players&player_id2_hint=Kyle+Kuzma&player_id2_select=Kyle+Kuzma&y2=2019&player_id2=kuzmaky01&idx=players

Kuz is even smoking Iwundu in that, only thing Iwundu has going for him is 3% , and however ever EVER watched one Orlando's game with him in it, will know that nobody ever guards Iwundu's 3 ball because guy made 28 threes in 107 games on 29% so there is no reason to guard it.

As most people already said it above and on other thread ,reacting to this, what Kuzma said was stupid and nobody defends him. But why even bring Iwundu in this? 30 GMs including Hammond would take Kuz over Iwundu , he was overlooked pick, he is clearly better player than Iwundu, nothing to see here, let's move on.

Yeah only an idiot would argue that Kuzma and Iwundu are in the same league. I hate Kuzma as much as the next person but comparing him to Iwundu is a huge slap in the face. Love Wes and all and I think he can eventually be an Andre Roberson 3-and-D type, but right now he’s barely a rotational player, while Kuzma would come here to the Magic and instantly be its best scorer.

Someone should remind Mr. Kuzma that Orlando went 2-0 vs his Lakers this year, and the Lakers are very willing to rid themselves of him as evidenced by the Anthony Davis situation. No worries Kyle, your fade into obscurity begins this summer.
You look confused...let me fill you in.
