Poll: When will Fultz play his first game

With the ASW over, the Magic has three days of practice before the home game against the Bulls. Then its two away games before a March 1 home game against the Warriors. There is also a 5-game home stand in Mid-March.

There is plenty of need for guard depth. So: when will Fultz suit up and play his first Magic game?

2019 season. Would like to see what he can do now even broken shot and all (probably won't be fixed anytime soon imo) without Simmons.

Doubt he plays this season. And not sure we ever really see him at this point. Everything about his injury and rehab is so nebulous. It's cool that he's on the team and there's a chance he could pan out, but I'd pretend that he isn't even there when considering roster moves until the Magic know he can and will play well.

That's how I'm looking into the situation right now with Fultz. All he needs to do is focus on his physical and mental health right now. Let the basketball activities come later in the off-season when he's fully 100%. In the meantime, play on Magic.

Where is the nobody knows including Fultz or the Magic option?

He is rehabbing in LA with Dr. Judy Seto who helped Kobe with his achilles injury. Kobe attributes her therapy to helping him have a long career. At Fultz first presser with Orlando he did mention that the Magic PT staff would start going to LA with him for additional support.

I went with mid march. gives him time to get right and incorporate himself into the team after his therapy. I don't think they will rush it ... but... if he can play I'm sure he would like to show something this season more than waiting. What his role will be is a bigger question. That i would assume would be.... 3rd string PG behind DJ and Briscoe for the time being. He will be part of the team during practices and get a chance to play during blow outs. And i will be fine with that!

I have no problem waiting until next season. Actually, it's what I would prefer (unless he is 110% ready to go before then).

My sentiment exactly. Later on we might think about having one stickied topic, call it Fultz watch or whatever, where people can discuss everything about it at one place.
