Hawks are currently 11-26, 12th in EC, last is the SE.

We are 4 games from the midway point of 41 games. The next 4 games we play @Bucks, vs Heat, @Raptors, @Nets.
What will our record be 41 games in?
I predict we go 1 of 4 and end at 12-29.

Next up 12 more games until the trade deadline Feb 7th. 4 home games, 8 roadies, including a 5 game West Coast swing - with most against playoff caliber teams except Suns, Bulls and the Wiz, again.

TP and Baze should be back by mid-January, maybe?

What will our record be at the trade deadline?
I think we win 2 of the 12, if Baze and TP get back sooner rather than later, we'll win an additional 1 maybe 2 games.
My predictions: 15-38

I was wrong on my 15-38 prediction at the deadline. We won 3 more games than I predicted.

Hawks Currently sit at 19-39 with 24 games to go.
15 homes games vs 9 roadies.
11 games against the West (6 playoff teams), 14 against the East (8/9 playoff teams).
We've got 4 games in 6 starts to get us start on the homestretch.

What say you? How may wins do we get?
Anyone above want to update their predictions?

I'll keep my 25.

I'm feeling good about 28. 9-15 the rest of the way sounds about right.

12 games to the trade deadline.

I predicted 27 on squawk. I’ll stick with that I guess but thinking around 24,25 now.

Ya I’m good with 27.

I’m still good with this. Very good!

Also have this on squawk. 27!

My 21 win prediction is clearly looking questionable at this point.

But I predict the real tank job is about to begin.

Sticking with my 28 from Squawk. I also predicted Trae and Collins to rising stars game, and 12th in the East.

I've got you one better since you also predicted one All-Star.

I had 28 wins, Trae and Collins in rising stars, and the same 12th place in the East but also had Trae leading the team in total points (you had Prince) and Collins leading the team in total rebounds (you had Len).

All looking pretty good right now.

NBA Power Rankings: Updated win projections for every team

25) Atlanta Hawks

Image

Preseason projected win total: 23.1. Currently on pace for: 28.2. Difference: +5.1 wins. This franchise is building the right way. If they hit on both of their 2019 lottery picks -- assuming the Mavericks' pick lands in the Hawks' hands -- this team has one of the most exciting young cores in the league.
