Creating silly threads about trading away the best player on this team and one of, if not the best players in the league is silly and will always attract trolls. We had it coming.

The mainstream media's finally got to this. Damn, it's over. They turned on him.

And they've reiterated the exact same points that have been made in this thread. He's getting old, more injury prone. The Lakers will likely miss the playoffs. None of the top free agents will play with him, and the earliest Anthony Davis comes to the Lakers, if he does, will be as a free agent in 2020. But AD probably won't, because Lebron looks like he's done.

The media is always slow.

Now the Lakers HAVE to trade Lebron early this summer. If they don't, Lebron will set the franchise back 5 years. Trade him to Golden State to pick up more rings. Anywhere, just get rid of his contract, because If we trade Lebron, we will land Kawhi this summer. And we lose none of our young assets. We'll still have cap space to use too. We'll be in great shape to contend.

Or we can be an embarrassment for the 3 remaining years on Lebron's rotting corpse, surrounded by the mediocre vets we could only get for our young core that Lebron and Magic trashed. Then we'll have to tank another 3-4 years after that to rebuild this roster. 7-year plan anybody?

No, we MUST move Lebron before he is unmoveable - if he isn't already.

Again, posting statistics is not trolling. If anyone is trolling it's Miles, wanting to trade away the best player on a team that is otherwise filled with role players.

Miles posts this about a guy averaging 27/9/8 on 60 TS% and people say that I'm the troll. Get real.

I agree. Magic won’t do it. Over his dead body will he break his promises to James.

If we can fire Magic, it can happen. If we don’t fire Magic, LBJ is here to stay.

Do it, Jeannie. Bring in West and his son. Rob can stay to crunch numbers and tell his stories of Lakers excellence.

I’d be absolutely shocked and absolutely thrilled if that happened.

LeBron said he's ramping up the effort now. You guys are in for a treat. I don't hold grudges. There will be room on the bandwagon for everyone. Even you Miles.

When he says things like "I'm going to put 100% effort into games now" just makes me laugh and cry at the same time. They don't make em how they use to anymore...

I think Lebron forgot that he gets paid 35 million a year to play all games with 100% effort. What a self praising turd

Was there any effort to get West back as GM? just curious since im sure more laker fans would have picked him over Magic.

And from an outsider it seems lebron is trying to do to you what he tried in Miami and Cleveland. Basically use up all your assets to have a few years at a title run and when you are capped out, have no draft picks and full of worn out vets leave to greener pastures.

If you don't understand why a player in his 16th season with 50k+ minutes on his body would pace himself through an 82 game season then I don't know what to tell you.

Don't give me excuses, show me results. If a player is getting paid 35 million a year he has 0 and I repeat ZERO excuse to dog games. Especially considering his team isn't doing so hot. No one wants to play with a dude that has 0 accountability.

sHoW mE rESuLtS

The results speak for themselves my guy.

Wanting Lebron to go 100% in meaningless regular season games is beyond silly. Do you expect marathon runners to exert all their energy in the first half of the race? He's played more than 55,000 minutes in his career. If you want him to do that then he's not going to have anything left in the tank for a playoff run. If he was playing like crap then you would have a point, but he's not, and you don't. Lebron knows a whole helluva lot more about how to pace himself than TwoStarz from realgm. Don't jump on the bandwagon when he starts going god mode.

There was so much cringe in the "playoff mode is now activated" interview.

So much underlying shade thrown at the rest of the team and coaches. SMH.

Honestly Lebron is breaking at the right time actually. Everybody slips or breaks at 34.
