3 weeks of hype for a 10 minute segment which was just intros of some legends to setup a match I'm guessing
most people aren't interested in seeing in 2019.

I don't love the match, but at least we are getting some WM build finally. Only story WWE has put any time into before tonight has been Becky.

Seems like I'm in the complete minority about the Ric Flair segment judging by social media reaction...

I've always liked Batista for what he is (was) and I was surprised and disappointed at how he was treated
by the fans in 2014 when he returned. I know a lot of it had to do with Daniel Bryans momentum at the time
but even after that the fans bitched and complained about him and mocked him with the Bluetista thing etc.

Usually the fans whine and complain about legends and part timers especially at Mania but everybody seems to
be excited about him coming back which surprises me.

I don't have a problem with him coming back at all I just don't want to see him wrestle HHH because we've seen
it before and I want to see him face somebody new and who is younger and fresher that can still go in the ring
and bump for him and make him look good.

My bigger problem is the segment itself it should have been 20-30 minutes leading to that. It's a shame Flair
didn't get to come out to the ring and get a pop from the crowd so they could wish him a Happy Birthday and
he got to speak for a bit or interact with the legends.
