Welcome Mike Scott

Post#1 » by Sixercise » Thu Feb 7, 2019 3:12 am

Surprised nobody had mentioned this guy yet - he's our new bad boy on the block (aka most ink on the team)....but man can he shoot on volume. Looking forward to sporadic nights from him every now and then, but man can he shoot....

The Threegional Manager!

Should thrive in our offense off the bench. He can actually make shots unlike Muscala.

Welcome! I know almost nothing about this guy... so here’s to being better than Muscala! [cheers]

He's a guy I hope we can bring back on a cheap 1 year deal next season. I think he's a useful depth piece.

Since we're likely going to be an over the cap team going forward, we definitely need to re-sign our guys. Assuming Scott can function as a decent bench shooter, hopefully we can sign him back for a similar salary as he's making now - $4M/yr.

It was nice to see him hit some 3s. He needed a good shooting night.

He has some bad turnovers, lazy passes, forcing things. However, it's crazy that BB has him playing center?

It's not that crazy considering that the choices left for Brett is between him, Bolden and Amir.

I was a big fan of the office, but The Threegional Manager is the dumbest nickname I've ever heard in my life. Feels like something that was clever in the moment, but how the hell did that stick?

Anyway... Glad he's making shots now.
