Terrence Ross is what he is. Inconsistent 3 and D guy who shoukd have been shipped off at the deadline. This team has no need for him.
If you see something suspicious, say something suspicious.

Our bench was atrocious. Outscored 75-7.

I give this thread the dunce cap.

It was a bad game, it’s frustrating, but how did this fan base become so entitled that if we lose games all of a sudden we need to shame a single player?

Because its happened for like 5 years and we still have the same idiot making thew same dumb decisions at the end of games and taking it upon himself to take every shot in the dying moments at the cost of team basketball. Its time for this french baguette sucking piece of trash to get the actual fk off this team.

Thats mainly it.

Should give it to the bench as a whole they all deserve it. But then it doesn't help Ross makes his first shot at the end of the game and Evan was chucking in the fourth missing the extra pass and turning the ball over.

Ross was terrible all night, but Fournier went a panicked 0-4 in the final 6 minutes when any of those shots could have turned the game around. He gets the cap.

The team just lost 2 of 3 games to the Bulls and Knicks while being a half game back of the 8th spot in the playoffs...you know the thing we haven't seen since 2012 when Dwight started hugging Stan after telling demanding he be fired and demanding Otis trade him to the Nets for Brook Lopez.

Can't go wrong honestly with either Evan or Ross. I personally went with Evan though given the amount of minutes he played tonight and how terrible he truly was in the 4th quarter.

These threads were a staple of the forum until 2012 when the team clearly started tanking. They used to be a complement to the Sweater Vest Threads.

Fournier and Ross both deserve it. Our top shooters shot 0-12 from 3 until Ross made a garbage time shot. That 4th quarter was abysmal and some of Fournier’s moronic turnovers make me wonder if he can handle the pressure of being on a competitive team. He’s hit a couple buzzer beaters this year but he’s had a few games where he just completely **** the bed down the stretch.

The board has changed significantly since 2012. There were more level headed posters back then. Times change, people change, the board should change too.

Just call it a venting thread so people can vent without feeling obliged to single out a player and lay a loss on them. There’s already every other thread if we want to read posters ripping on individual players.

Why not try to foster some more positivity instead of doubling down on the **** that already makes this board too painful to read at times.

We took an informal poll of the board in the last Dunce Cap Thread about bringing these back; the majority were in favor of bringing them back. We'll see how it goes. These are paid professionals. There's a fair way to critique performances of players without it being uncivil. These threads were always meant to be lighthearted and not personal, just like every thing discussed on here.

The bench, especially the "PG" Jerian Grant. If someone told you beforehand the Magic bench would be outscored 75-4 in the first 47:20 of the game you would have laughed your ass off. You would have thought "lol no that's impossible" right? The Magic, making the impossible possible.

I gave it to Ross, but immediately regretted it. Should have went to Fournier, he’s our starter and should be held to different standards.

He panicked and went into his typical hero ball and killed any kind of chance we had.

I really really and I mean really hope to god he’s shipped out this summer.

You proposed the question in the thread, straight after a disappointing loss when everyone was already fired up and looking to whine - is it a surprise it picked up likes? Just look at the names of the people who liked your comment and you’ll notice it features a lot of the negative voices from the board.

There’s a reason a lot of the good voices have disappeared from this board, but hey, if you want to offer up a platform to an already toxic and negative subsection go right ahead. It’s a really bad idea in my opinion. Why encourage further division amongst tribes of player fans/haters?

I get the need for venting, but there’s plenty of venting already happens in game threads. Not sure why anyone would think this board needs more stupid **** spat out in hot takes.

The Human Porch

It doesn't really make any sense, but what else rhymes with torch?
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.
