The ball itself never crossed half, so when CJ went back to get it, I guess the timer was still going :dontknow:

I admit I don't know the exact rule but I assumed once the offensive player stepped into the front court that was enough.

I think the new rule is you have to be in front court BEFORE the number hits 16.

He taketh and he giveth.

Man when this Celtics team learns to take a lead and keep it, watch out NBA. Any day now...

Both feet and the ball need to cross -- imagine there's no defender and he's got a foot still in the backcourt -- that's a violation.

Just give the ball to Jaylen and let him work. He can create his shot or get to the rim. Preferably get to the rim which he is a beast at. Look to him every time please.

Should've milked Brown's advantage in the post some more.

Our guys got tired in those final possessions. But they're FIGHTING!! AND NOT EACH OTHER!

Yeah, hopefully he backs it up by getting Morris out the game and Tatum+Kyrie back in.

lol Hayward has a +13 in the box score. It's hilarious how so many of you hate on Hayward for not filling up the box score when he's literally being frozen out by his teammates. When he's out there at least he makes the right play and isn't a complete **** like Brown and Rozier.

Stop this.

He’s a max player who’s playing like a scrub. The honeymoon is over for him.

You are a dumb ass. He is not playing like a scrub. Christ I am surprised if he wants to stay the way he is being treated.

He is accepting a "role" that I am quite sure he doesn't want.

On offense he just got 2 offensive boards and they still won't pass him the ball for a corner 3

Smart exhausted, which compounds his bad decision to shoot that three. He REALLY expended a lot of energy during that incredible sequence to start the quarter.

Bad decisions with ball handling sure, but there's no denying his game has been fine.

That was a good timeout, the players were all going 120 mph that whole run, need a breather. Get Tatum in for Morris though, Brad.
