SMU is a middle of the league team. Not anything to go crazy over but still an epic beat down of a once proud program.

UCF has a NET ranking of 34. It is unfathomable to image that as exclusion from the Dance.

For @South Florida, @Houston, Cincinnati, and then @Temple, UCF really should look to a 2-2 spit at worse. AND then as either a 3 or a 4 seed, a single AAC Men's Basketball Tournament win.

A 23-9 mark with a NET in the low-30s, that must equal an at large bid. Otherwise the NET is a joke.

If we don't win at USF we could easily go 0 and 4 those last 4 games.

At Houston will be a very hard game
Vs Cincinnati even at home is still tough game
At Temple that's a hard place for opponents, Temple is the only team that have beat Houston so that will be hard to win there.

Memphis beat Temple last night at Memphis so that's good news I think?

Memphis only has 2 games left, At Cincy(probably lose that game) and vs Tulsa, Memphis can catch us if they win both and we collapse

Temple has 3 games, Vs Tulane, At Uconn and VS US so Temple can easily win all 3 of those games and they get the 3 seed while we get the 4th seed.

Cincinnati has 4 games, At SMU, Vs Memphis, at US and VS Houston, Cincy will be favored at SMU and Vs Memphis so they likely to go 2 and 2 and maybe 3 and 1.

There's still some work to do, after at USF game, Our last 3 games are TOUGH.

First Q1 win of the year at usf.

Fall had another productive game.

21-6.

Taking down #3 UF (baseball) and USF on the road, on the same Knight, is awesome!

So last night Cincy only won by 3 points at SMU and we just crushed SMU at home. Cincy for sure is the best chance at a win these last 3 games. The blueprint for playing Cincy is deny Jarron Cumberland the ball than he gets frustrated and the team don't know what to do on offense when Cumberland is being denied the ball/ shut down.

Let's just go ahead and win out :D

In all seriousness, good win last night despite the sluggish start. They played much better in the second half. @Houston is an expected defeat, a win would be tremendous obviously (biggest win in school history given UH's ranking?). Cinci is a game we can definitely win IMO. We might not, but we played them tough on the road and we're much better at home so we should have a good chance if our guys show up ready to play. @Temple is also tough, another Q1 opponent and we struggle on the road so we'll see.

Need to win at least 1, beat Houston or Cinci and I think we're in March Madness regardless, if it's Temple we'll need a conf tournament win. Winning 2 gets us into March Madness for sure.

the baseball game was a great ending. Watched some of the beginning and came back for the end. The steal by Mika in the 8th was tremendous. He was halfway to home before the pitcher released the throw. I was shocked when the 2nd runner always came home and made it.

And yet we almost blew it by loading the bases only up 3 in the bottom of the 9th. Visions of a walk off grand slam filled my head. Ugh. Thank god that didn't happen.

If UCF hoops wins one of their final 3 games, they're a virtual lock to get in IMO.

If they lose all three, they’re probably 50/50 at best and would likely need a good AAC tournament showing.

The Knights is currently 30 in NET. Even a 1-2 record would not drop them below 45. I think a single win in the AAC tourney is enough for an at large no matter what happens in the regular season (even an 0-3).

I hope we avoid Memphis in the 1st game in the conference tournament, That would be unfair to play them as Memphis I think is hosting all the games of the conference tournament. Hope we get Tulsa, Tulane, Uconn, East Carolina, or SMU.

This game at Houston is so hard enough with playing at their place and their record and now its even more difficult with them hosting College Game Day on Campus so everybody on their campus is going to be so jacked up and excited.

Johnny Dawkins and co had a huge night. I can’t wait to see this team play Thursday at home. Time to close out strong and punch our ticket to the Tournament.

Games like this can change a program. Playing for a spot in the tournament without having to win the conference is a huge step up.

UCF ends Houston's 33-game home win streak

UCF could be top-25 in the next rankings and is certain to get a lot of votes.

In NET, UCF will be in the 20s after this stunning road win. If the committee seeds by NET, then the Knights seem certain to be a #9 seed of better. ESPN keeps them in the #10 - #11 range. But the NET does not suggest such a low seed.

Fall shoot 6-9 and lowers his FG% numbers. Interesting stat. If he misses his next 50 FG attempts, he still sets the NCAAB record for career FG%.

Such a great road victory yesterday.

Like others have said, the tourney invite is a stand alone for the first time.

I'll have to admit that I was a Fall critic much if this season but man, has he become impactful .... and at times an offensive weapon over the past four games.

Congrats to the team and Coach Dawkins and his staff.
