Definitely not in competitive playing shape (and that is while still being in good shape compared to the average person and a lean 6'1 / 185), so I'm not sure why any team would want to seriously tank their defense and have me on the floor for 48 minutes. Even in competitive shape which would take me some time to even get to, and that would not be NBA competitive shape without running with NBA caliber players, 48 minutes would still be very difficult as it is difficult even for NBA players to play 48 minutes, so I'm not sure how I would just drop in to NBA pace and be playing 48 minutes.
Michael Curry a pretty bad offensive player in the NBA averaged 16.6 ppg his last season in college, he had a career average of 8.1 pts/36 in the NBA, and he is 6'6. Milt Palacio dropped 18.4 ppg his last season in college and he had a career average of 9.6 pts/36 in the NBA.
If people just decided to not guard me out of pity, in the beginning of the game, I could hit some shots as I am a good shooter, so maybe get 4 points. Wouldn't even think of driving as finishing against that level of interior defense is not rwaliss. If after I hit a shot, they decide to put minimal effort, and with me being out of shape and dying trying to guard, well, anyone, I would not even have the energy to make anything later in the game. Not sure what terrible coach would leave me on.
So 4 points early, maybe, possibly nothing the rest of the 42 minutes of game play unless I'm spoon fed or cherry picking or something. Hopeful highlight would be cherry picking, someone gets a steal and throws an outlet and I am not too tired to attempt a decently nice dunk. If it is really early in the game I would go for a windmill or 360, and if I miss, at least I tried, later in the game, best I would attempt is a reverse, no energy for anything more than that. Whomever I'm guarding is going to a career high of epic proportions.
