I see why it was said but Snell is not Meg. Meg doesnt do anything that is the equivalent of shooting .400+ from 3 the last four seasons. Thon was Meg.

Some solid insurance for Brook in the POs. I don’t think he’ll have a huge role on the team.

Fun fact - Celtics fans HATE Pau Gasol, like way more than you think they would or any of you do. Just having him to annoy their fans in a potential playoff matchup is worth it alone.

Pretty handy on the end of the bench. Ring chasers coming to the Bucks, what a time to be alive.

Interesting...so do we waive Wood and sign a guard?

No need is there? There’s still a spot open if you don’t count Canaan

Well then I doubt they sign anyone then.

Not sure what Gasol can bring at this point on the court but he's an NBA champion + future HOFer so just having him on the bench & in practice with our young guys should be a great influence. Doesn't hurt having another big body either. Not sure what Pau's plans are for retirement but wouldn't be surprised if he wants to coach, he's learned from the best that's for sure. Phil, Pop, Bud... :-D

Why did he sign here instead of GSW, PHI, or anywhere else? Seems like he would have more opportunity elsewhere?

Hopefully he's over his foot injury for good.

I could see Pau playing some solid spurts in the playoffs.

Also good to have insurance in case Brook Lopez gets hurt.

RoLo likely wanted more minutes than what we were offering, and he didn't have championship experience, so this seems like a solid lockerroom move too.
