Well...he did sign that contract so...it's not like anybody was forcing him to do it.
Not only that, but it's beyond revisionist history. Bledsoe was ALL ABOUT playing for Bob so long as Bob gave him a new, more expensive contract. Dude did not give a damn about playing for a winner. He wanted to get PAID. And there's nothing wrong with that, but don't then sit there and claim he just wanted to win when he was fully ready to sign on here for even MORE years.
this is the problem of living in divisive world everyone views things black and white,
things usually is somewhere in the middle. Bledsoe is a greedy s**t but still doesn't change the fact that he wanted to leave because Suns was a dumpster fire because he was in a contract year and being on a winning team making a run for the playoff was important for him to showcase suitors that he could play winning basketball not just a player putting up empty stat and not to mention the exposure of being on a winning team in addition to many other factors like uncertainty with Bob trying to lowball him once again. Gee this just because he signed a contract with Sarver means he must put up with his sh*ttiness and can't complain about Bob being a sh**ty owner is the true revisionist, since i remember they were already having badblood during the last negotiation, we didn't know Bob was this bad until the time and many mistakes have cemented our views on him, Bledsoe might be willing to play for a lousy owner for a outrageously lucrative contract, but not to the extent of Bob when Bob's incompetence as a nba owner is unprecedentedly legendary.
Sure, "things" usually are, but this is not. The dude either "just wanted to win" or he didn't. The fact that he wanted to stay on a terrible team that was clearly rebuilding and not going to win anytime soon, for more years so long as he got a new, more expensive contract, shows that he most certainly didn't "just want to win". It's an all or nothing statement.
And here's another aspect of that, if he gets a new deal I doubt he publicly tweets a trade demand regardless. And I also bet you if Bled didn't get a big deal from Milwaukee he probably bolts to the highest bidder.
Again, nothing wrong with chasing the money, but if a guy just wants to win or get away from Sarver he doesn't volunteer to stay with a losing team under Sarver for additional years. This isn't some hazy middle ground situation. It's obvious, and the fan saying otherwise is completely ignoring history.
