The 76ers continue to be the golden standard of PR. Nothing serious, just precautionary, no structural damage, should be back next week, etc. Throughout all this posturing he's now missed 8 consecutive games (nearly 10% of the season).

What's sad is that nobody here would be the least bit surprised if they were to come back with a legit injury diagnosis and declare him out indefinitely.

Bucks smart to rest him especially on back to backs.

Sixers played embiid way too much on back to backs. And they lost most of those games on the road.

Too many reckless plays by Embiid will take its toll. No way should he be diving into the stands, wild chase down blocks, or those drives from the 3pt line - I wince everytime he falls awkwardly for no good reason in some meaningless regular season game.

He’s gotta take a note from Tim Duncan on how to be extremely effective while being efficient on his body if he wants to last in the league.

Honestly. He’s taking care of his body more. Less chase down blocks. Less defensive energy than the first year.

His body is so massive. Along with his fluidity. The pounding of 54 games this season. It takes its toll.

The team has played 65 games this season. So he’s missed 11 games so far.

We got 17 games left this season. Can embiid play in 10 of the last 17 games? Cause that’s how many more games he will need to play (10) to reach 64 games played for the season.

He played 63 games last season.

At this point. Especially if embiid doesn’t return by Sunday against Indiana. I don’t think he reaches 64 games played for the season. Just don’t see it.

He's played 54/65 games. He played 63 games last season. If he playes 10/17 he'll play 64 this regular season.

I think the front office is closely monitoring the 3/4/5 seed positioning along with embiid status. If Indiana loses tonight. I wouldn’t be surprise to see embiid sit out against Houston. Cause the reality of it all is 3/4 seed doesn’t really matter in the overall scheme of things.
