I'm at a point i really like (for the time being) 4 of our starters :

PG ; Winslow - hes improving and young, lets see how far he can grow
SG ; Rich - solid, young, Heat guy.
SF : ______
PF : Kelly - growing his game, deserves a chance at a bigger role.
C : Bam - Good kid, young, lets see if he can improve like justise.

I have a huge hole at SF, since i dont think JJ is the answer, Dion isn't looking like he should be, DJJ isn't ready and Dragic Isn't a SF.

Dion hasn't been shooting well but he still makes things easier for Justise/Rich and he'd be much worse off next to Wade. Starters have been better since Dion, I'd role with it for the rest of the SZN but I'm biased

I agree Bish. Dion is far from perfect but his skill set is allowing more freedom for the others. He's one of the only players we have that can take his man one on one off the dribble. Teams have to respect that. He's much better when he's not with Wade so he should continue to start at least for this year. If we can find an upgrade at the SF spot in the off season then he can slide into Wade's vacated bench role.
