We are gonna really need to drop the two meeting with the Pelicans. One is tomorrow and the other is on the 26th in Nawlins!

They play hard but with no Jrue or possibly Davis, it’ll be tough for the Pels on our home floor.

So are the 6th man folks leading these chants?

I've never seen a Hawk get 30/20 and I feel like we've had fewer triple-doubles than any team over the last 10 years. And tonight we a rookie and sophomore accomplish both in the same game. Good stuff.

I was curious about the 10 year triple-double thing so I looked it up. We have 5 triple-doubles now (tied with SAS), the Knicks have 4, the Nets have 3, and the Jazz have 0. The Thunder have 137.

At time of Lin trade I remember thinking it was interesting for Schlenk to ask for pick swap rights from Nets in 2023 as part of trade

Hawks got
2025 second-round draft pick and right to swap second-round draft picks with the Nets in the 2023 draft.

Schlenk‘s expectation that Hawks will have better record than Nets as soon as 2023 seems pretty right on now though

It’s a small detail but overall I have always loved Schlenks confidence in the Hawks team he is putting together

Trae gets a triple double, Collins registers a 30-20 game, it was fun and exciting, and we still get an L for the tank. Great night overall.
