She is
She's the WWE's #1 attraction going into Wrestlemania. That probably means she's doing reasonable well.

Disagree on the "go away" heat statement. Go away heat is essentially no heat. When his music hits, everyone stands and either goes crazy or boos their voice away. While the Cena haters may have wished him away, it wasn't because of stale work. It's because of his tremendous ability to garner a reaction. I've said it before, he's essentially been the number one heel and babyface for over a decade and that's unprecedented
Why do you think most fans chanted "John Cena Sucks" to his music? Why do you think those boos were so loud?
Why do you think he got the reaction he did at ECW ONS? I had friends who were fans in the Attitude Era that hated
him so much they stopped watching.
Cena and Reigns are probably the biggest examples ever of go away heat. The Men that booed them were trying to
drown out the Kids and Women that cheered for them. It's like when Nia Jax gets booed hard now it's not because
she's a good heel it's because people legit think she sucks.
Most wrestling pundits cringe about the possibility of him breaking Flairs record
And his merchandise sold the best by miles - year after year after year. I mean, I wouldn't say he's the best ever, but he was the best for most of his career.

For sure but you never saw anyone over the age of 12 years old wearing it...
For the bulk of Cenas career he was extremely over with children and women and had go away heat
with adult males which caused an electric reaction the first time we've ever seen it.
And he was definitely the biggest fish in a small pond.
Scott Hall wrote:The WWE "Universe" is so big with so many demographics that being extremely over with Women and Children
and selling merch to them is still a big deal and the biggest reason why Vince never cared that Cena and Reigns
had Go Away Heat from Adult males.
I just can't put either of them in the best ever category because of that when guys like Hogan and Austin
perfected their roles and were the Alpha Dog on way deeper rosters and the biggest eras of the business.

That better not be a commentary role. JR today is probably amongst the worst commentators, hopefully he is mainly backstage cause that would make AEW nearly unwatchable (commentary does play a huge part in an overall product after all).
Who's better than JR thats out there? This is the worst era ever for commentary. I think once JR settles in and
familiarizes himself with the talent he won't have any botches.

He gave 15+ years of his life to wrestling and carried the ball for the majority of it. People chanting "John Cena sucks" during his entrance are doing it to be counter culture because they know he doesn't. It's this weird dichotomy of supposedly hating him so much and wanting him to turn heel so they can cheer for him. It makes no sense.

For me personally, I'd go with Austin. Not only was he involved in the greatest feud in wrestling history, but he carried the company when it blew up and, if we're being honest, the Attitude Era doesn't happen without Stone Cold. He was the face of the company during its biggest boom period and he was a cultural phenomenon in a way few people have been since. He helped make wrestling cool, something Cena had the opposite effect on. Austin also retired before he became a joke, unlike Taker.

Off the top of my head. That list, for me personally, I have HBK as the greatest ever but you can make a different but compelling case for any of them.

Hbk is the best in ring performer of all time imo. To be the best wreslter in ring that's the trait that I prioritize the highest I guess. For some others it might be carrying the company during a pivitol time, or it could be the greatest character ever created and even a guy like HHH imo does have the credentials to be up there too. His impact on wrestlings growth can't be overlooked. It's a difficult list no doubt. I remember stans list there and the discussion around that at that time was pretty fundaoneandonly wrote:spykelee wrote:Greatest ever is an unbelieveably difficult decision. Disagree with HBK, he doesn't belong in the tier with those guys. He's in the tier with Triple H, just one level below the ones you mentioned.
