Agreed. A different signing coming?

Or maybe he preferred KC.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I wasn't that high on bringing back Breeland. Too slow to play outside and had too many penalties for my liking. Let's just hope we can get one more corner in the draft or free agency to spell King when he ultimately goes down again.

Let's not forget injuries. He played 3 games, and then had to sit out 2 games right away with an injury.

Oh yeah, to be sure.

But I also thought he had commented a number of times that he wanted to come back to Green Bay after the season was done. KC's not too shabby.....

Not sure where the cap lies. Would still sign Wilkerson to a 1 year cheap deal. Probably move on to the draft.

As much as I would like Jordy back, probably won't happen.

Yeah, not sure why Silverstein even reported that. We are fine with the cap.

So BG did nothing so far with a vet slot receiver or any receiver to upgrade a very stale packer O adams then a bunch of rookies from last year. They have next to zero skill on tbe O side of the ball.
Cant go into a season without some sort of slot vet receiver

I mean you said it yourself. "A bunch of rookies from last year"

Internal development is a real thing and with next years cap pinch its needed

Rookies and Rookies from last year are two different things. These guys were drafted with the intent of having them development year over year. Maybe one or two of these guys are already showing signs of taking the next steps. We don't know.

What's wrong with next season? Seems fine if you're okay with losing guys like Daniels, Bulaga, and Graham

Was going to mention the same thing. Plus, they can exercise the 5th year option on Kenny Clark taking care of him. Only other player you might need to look at re-signing would be Dean Lowry but I don't even think that's a MUST.

With only 31 guys under contract we are allready at 160 million in cap space spent with the only way of opening up space is releasing Graham.

It's not cap hell but the cap pinch becomes very real next year when it comes to filling out the roster

Still not too worried. This is what free agency is all about. We just need to absolutely hit on some of our picks the next two years. If we do that, it shouldn't be an issue. We got better and that's all that matters.

That's where TT's whiffs in his last few years have come back to bite, especially since he was reluctant to use FA's. The developmental cupboard wasn't as full as it should have been.

Well yeah. Was just pointing out that it the cap situation starts getting tight next year. Not saying its debilitating yet. Just something that should be considered

Though if the standard is "everything is fine as long as we hit on draft picks" then you're never going to be in bad shape much the same way as you can splurge in FA whenever you want as long as all the guys you sign live up to their contracts
