If he drops to mid first round and we pick from there, that could be some planets aligning right there. A future backcourt of Fultz/White could be very Lillard/McCollum but with more size and strong defensive capability.

NAW is another guard I think would be a great pickup who could be T-Ross with great passing and more inclination to attack the basket.
I dont think top 5 but I think he may go 8 or 9. Unlike us smart managment values guys who can put the ball in the basket.

I'm not saying he'll go top 5 (but a strong tournament could change that), but more that I think he'll prove to be a top 5 player from this draft regardless of where he's picked. Like Mitchell, Booker, George, etc. If he goes around our pick he could be a real steal of the draft.

Let the rest of the league go nuts over Zion.

I will sell the farm and your sister for Ja.

Phoenix would be a great spot for him given the pieces they have in place.

... so would Orlando for much the same reasons but that won’t happen without an impossible trade.

Let's please not talk about the elite prospects in this draft. We gave that up in exchange for chasing the playoffs.

Yes, PHX will get him and they will become a legitimate contender with all their lottery studs while we continue to chase 8 seeds until 2030.

We're gonna miss the playoffs, due to tiebreaker, then hit lotto luck. #3 pick.

It's too bad we have no shot at Ja Morant. He should arguably going #1 overall. The NBA is more about guards than big man so I definitely think Morant would be the best player from this draft. JA Morant on the Magic for sure is a franchise player, one of the best players in the NBA. But yes I'm totally aware the Magic have no shot at him.

... I made it quite clear we aren’t getting Ja.

But the is March Madness season and these are the names to talk about. ... so we will.

Going to be a bleak offseason when Orlando isn’t playing basketball anymore and people have draft boards to look at for a while.

So my two countries (Portugal and Angola) have never had players in the NBA but it looks like they might have 3 combined next season! 1 Portuguese (Neemias Queta) and 2 Angolan (Bruno Fernando & Silvio de Sousa)

Silvio might be famous for being suspended for two years by the NCAA because of some shady agent business.

They are all big men so it would be hard to see them playing in Orlando, but it sure would be awesome!

Most the experts have Coby White at around 20. With 14, we should be looking to trade down a pick or two and get extra draft picks.

He's rising, expect him to be around 8-10 when the draft rolls around.

Yea I think the experts will be wrong. The experts said Trae Young would be on the board at 6 last year. Unlike us teams value guys who can put the ball in the basket. Coby White will go 8 or 9. 10 at the latest.
