GS coming off an embarrassing 35 point loss, so i'd say there is about a 0.1% chance we win this.

LOL -- I misread the score. I assumed Golden State was ahead by 30-odd points.

Yeah, 0.1% sounds about right, plus or minus an order of magnitude.

We are only 2.5 games ahead of Orlando and we'll probably get 2 losses before we play them fighting for the 8th seed. That Blake Griffin load management loss is looking more and more stupid.

Boogie stretches out Dre,
Green and KD lock down Griffin
Klay or Steph or both rains 3s on us.

The only saving grace is if anyone that watches GS games like I do occasionally, they've been having putrid starts for all the way into the 3rd quarter, so that's when we have opportunity to get ahead.

They have not been a 1st quarter team as much as last year.

Andre's doing dribble drives again. He must shoot about 5% on those and post-ups.

1st quarter was decent but this game is 100% over already.

Interesting to see us stick with the bench unit so deep into the fourth. Looks like Thon Maker is going to be a decent bench player for us after all I was a little concerned he wasn't good enough to back up Blake but he is for sure a better option than Leuer has been for us.

These ridiculous dry spells coupled with low-IQ defense have cost us these past couple of games. The 6th seed has now become a mirage that's starting to vanish, and even the 8th is hanging in the balance with the Nets, Heat, Magic & Hornets all fighting more desperately and with a greater sense of urgency than this sorry team. :nonono: :sigh:

6th seed a mirage? We are still the heavy favourite to finish 6th

I'm not sure who has us a heavy favorite to finish 6th. Take a look at our remaining schedule. The remainder of the season could be ugly.

Making the playoffs is the key. There really isn't a difference between 6th and 7th and 8th other than the fact that the lower the seed we are the better draft pick we will get. With the Bucks not being 100% going into the playoffs I'd say any of those opponents we chould/should win a game or two but none of them do we have much of a chance of upsetting.

I've become rather indifferent as to whether they make the playoffs or not. This team is too flawed to have any success in the playoffs. Dre can rebound and otherwise we're screwed. Too easy to get penetration and break down this team defensively. Further, they don't play smart. Kennard was smoking hot last night, and as soon as Dre and Blake came back in the game that was over. It's a team characterized by selfish and stupid play. Long term, a lot of guys on this roster need to be gone. It might even be in their best interest to miss the playoffs yet again, as at least there's the remote chance of some success in the draft.

6th and 7th seed right now are the same level. At this point you want to play Toronto ideally. It's tough. There's a chance they get ahead of the Bucks!

Stop this Toronto nonsense. Barring injuries they would win 4/1 a playoff serie against us.
