Who knows what comes out of this or what happened, but it's kind of f-ed up to think that if KP was still in New York, this women would probably be a target from fans, but now that he's no longer a Knick, few would care.

Don't know if that makes it more likely to be true because she wouldn't be as afraid to come forward now, or false because she'd be less afraid to come forward now.

Wish people could just let these things play out and not get emotionally involved in disparaging or harassing one party or the other.

thats not how this works

KP went to the police last year and reported the extortionate demands from the lady (who was already known for similar issues in the past).
to evade a sentence the woman stated that it was was no extortion but a rape and now the feds are investigating.

A credible claim doesn't mean much of anything. By KP admitting he had sex with her, it makes it a credible claim. That doesn't mean it makes her accusation any more real.

LoL, i knew porizingis was a doucheb@g from the get-go, i hated how he talked, how nonchalant he was and top it all, he wasnt even a GREAT player. So now it is the victims fault? Even if she did consider taking hush money if she was raped, she was raped. Making these kind of accusations when you don't even understand the full scope, let alone the words, in the article makes you look silly.

Semantics aside I never once attacked the character of the individuals involved because there is not enough information to do that. People are automatically attacking her character claiming that she is extorting KP and is a gold digger. Imagine If she was in actually raped and offered 68k in hush money? How insensitive can people be?

I think people are blowing the whole torn ACL aspect of this out of proportion. I tore my ACL and partially tore my MCL, and after writhing on the ground for a little, I got up, walked to my car and drove myself to the hospital. I ended up walking on it for about 2 months before my surgery was schedule, I just had to be careful because going up/down stairs and having that foot planted and even slightly twisting my leg was excruciating.

That being said, if he's guilty then he needs to be punished for his actions. If he's not then it will come out during the investigation. Until then we shouldn't condemn him, try to claim his innocence, or discredit her report unless you have evidence to disproves it.
