So Ernie is not going anywhere. Ted will probably just add more voices to help make decisions. Ig that's still better than nothing. We need someone in the room to say hell no when Ernie comes up with a dumb idea.... Lol

I think he is speculating based on my previous post. But I would encourage you to listen to the podcast episode yourself and draw your own conclusions . This is what I wrote:
Anyone listen to Fred Katz' Wizards after Dark podcast? Interesting discussion with Matt Moore (HPBasketball on twitter) about the Wizards front office.
Apparently Washington has one of the smallest front offices in the league, in terms of personnel (executives, scouting staff etc). It is very hierarchical. Whereas many other franchises have moved towards an egalitarian structure with multiple decision makers in the room. They gave the example of the CLippers and how Steve Ballmer hired dozens of new employees and beefed up every department in order to generate a "cloud" of leadership voices as opposed to a singular top down structure.
They also state that Leonsis is well-liked by his employees and the Wizards generally have a positive reputation, around the league no one really talks negatively about the workplace culture or environment there. The main issue people have with the team is reconsidering how they manage the decision-making structure and getting more voices in the room.

Maybe if more people are involved they'll at least be able to keep straight who's actually being traded.
