Oh no...John is the straw that broke the camels back. Indeed the front office was the issue. Next on chopping block gonna be Scott Brooks...then we deal with Wall who btw is rumored to want to come to Miami since he trains here and has a house in Coconut Grove. Just a rumor

Heat are dumb and desperate enough to do it. Riley's lost his touch and has surrounded himself with yes men.

Hopefully the Celtics are stupid enough to sign Kyrie to a Wall like deal so they can come back down to the scrap heap.

Enlighten me, what do you mean by yes men?

And Olynyk is probably the biggest snowflake on the team

Through his totalitarianism he has lost basketball talent and replaced them with submissive talentless drones that abide by his voice and nothing else. Thats why we are still playing a defensive-oriented style with little innovation, also overpaid players that give little effort because of this disconnect.

Our offense is pretty meh with Justise too. No slight to him, we just don't have much offensive talent compared to other teams

I feel like they might've just penciled in the easy L @Boston and let him rest more. If Justise is still out tmrw, will be more concerned

So who do you blame for the disconnect? The players or the franchise? No matter it being the Heat or the Wizards or Golden State, this plaque of top tier money is the issue for sub par players and so called elitist players

Leadership is to blame. The bucks gotta stop somewhere. The ship needs a captain.

That opened a new can. Can’t exclusively blame LaBron. Blame management on allowing LaBron to act like he runs the show every single time on every single ring chasing team he joins. Karma a bitch now he sitting out this year

oh i agree with this.actually,i think that riley just wants to recoup the losses that the heat made when they bought the big 3 in. that's why they are more interested in the past and selling merchandise than actually have meaningful wins

again, no one to blame because no one will take the responsibility. Bad leadership.
