Ok. I'll say a few nice things...
Aside from the losing seasons which were caused by injuries to key players, he compiled a few winning seasons.
He took care of under appreciated players by giving them exorbitant salaries.
He got rid of draft picks so that the owner will not be saddled with unneeded salaries from players whose growth patterns would hardly allow for immediate time on the court.
