Upton has all 5 tools

And if you haven't noticed, so does Maybin.

Neither player is noticably better than the other. You can't go wrong either way. I guess I would just rather have Maybin because of his power potential AND the speed that he brings to the base paths. Guys with 40/40 potential don't grow on trees.

I'd take Upton and it isn't even close, IMO.

Upton is must-see material, though. I'm trying to not be a homer about it, but he is something else.

His arm is horrendous.

Two throws that he has made to home plate in this series against the Yankees were 5 hoppers about 20 feet up the line. I was under the impression he had a good arm, at least much better than what he has shown.

surprised no one mentioned when maybin hit a single, then a Hr, then clemens hit him.

funny, if u cant get him out.. i guess just hit him. clemens is classless, a bully, and a juicer.

There are aces that hit 20-30 batters a year, yet none of them are classless, bully, and considered juicers. I guess today's society is just not accepting of throwback baseball, the way it should be played. I'm not saying guys should be hit by a pitch for hitting well obviously, but Clemens was hardly trying to hit him. Maybin hit two balls on the outer half of the plate, and Clemens threw one slightly under his hands to open up the outside, it barely grazed Maybin's wrist area. Relax.

well i think vicente padilla led the league in hit batsmen last year with 17 so its not as exaggerated as you make it. but seriously take off your yankee glasses for a second and u can tell me with a straight face u dont think clemens isnt a world class ****?

I wish the Cubs did this with their top prospect who is currently riding the bench.

Took the words right out of my mouth (Pie).

He is only hated by the people whose team he is not on, and that is the sign of a great player.
