oh don't get me wrong...I'm for not having him in Boston because we'd be stuck paying 37 year old A-rod 30 mil....but I'm just saying....when looking at the numbers...I really don't have to much of a problem with his contract that he earns right now.

The Giants would offer a lot, they'll be clearing Barry's salary and looking for their next superstar. Their owner is willing to spend whatever it takes for a good team.
Cubs would likely be in the running too depending on the sale of the team.

I expect the Giants to make a big offer to A-Rod.
